Residenza Sveva

This is an albergo diffuso, so it has several rooms spread across the city i traditonal style. Ours was a very short walk away from the Piazza Duomo. After parking at the port (mix of paid and free parking), we took the spiral stircase upto the old town and headed to the reception by the cathedral. We were personally received and checked in. The room was comfortable, airy and bright - beautifully designed and quiet at night. Breakfast is served near the main reception area in the main square, with an elaborate spread (our 2nd morning, the replenishing was slightly tardy). Be mindful of check in times, the reception is not manned 24 hours.

One of the highlights of our ten-day stay in Termoli. The room, in a beautifully restored building in the old town, was wonderful and exceptional value for money. We enjoyed crossing the square to the main building for a delicious breakfast. Staff are great as well.

We had a very good stay at Sveva and the idea of having a hotel with rooms all over the historical city center is such a wonderful idea and it let us enjoy the old building that we love.

I was in Residenza Sveva in July. Definitely one of the best vacations I've ever had. Everything about the hotel was impeccable, the staff was always there to help and we were treated like family. If you're looking for an awesome family vacation, I highly recommend this hotel

Best hospitality ever ! I spent two nights at Residenza Sveva, their restaurants and beach house. The room was clean, tidy and in the middle of Termoli's castle. The food was gorgeous and the beach house just amazing. I would recommend it to everybody who wants to spend a relaxing time in beautiful Termoli!

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very friendly lady, which was only the introduction to the excellent experience of our stay. All employees are professionals and really very friendly and hospitable! The room was nicely furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings of the apartment were quiet, although in the heart of the old town - we slept very well and rested. And there is very good variety of food available for breakfast - I liked it because I had a lot of choice as a vegetarian - and coffee... mmm, real delicious Italian! Definitely one of the best decisions to stay on a trip or vacation!

I believe they have different properties? But the one I stayed at was overlooking the Adriatic beach. One flight of stairs up. Plenty of room in bath and bedroom area. Cute small balcony needs a couple chairs to sit outside. They have a mini fridge Very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Meat and cheese with bread and croissants. Jam and honey. Juices and coffee. They should add mustard. One thing that wasn’t clear was parking. I ended up parking way down by the docks when there were spaces in front of the building. That part was annoying. Overall this is a very nice place. I recommend it
