Decent property, check-in was excellent.
No shuttle for the Windstar ****** was available
The biggest complaint was the house keeping staff sounded like they were having a block part outside my door at 9:00am. Yelling down the hall and slamming cart into doors and wall.

As soon as you walk in it smells nice and clean. HELP was amazing and very friendly. it was very nice and quiet!!

Nice clean rooms, and about a 5 minute drive to Winstar ******, We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel!

Overall, great location and hotel is fine. Walls are super thin so you hear everyone in hall or next door. Windows seem leaky since you can clearly hear road traffic, but clean hotel for quick trip to ******. Staff was friendly as well!!

We have been coming here every couple months for two years and have thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This time was different. Our bathroom door wouldnt close unless you really pushed it due to a bad tile in room 210. The downstairs coffee is usually great- this time undrinkable. The room needs extra blankets too.

We needed a hotel for the concert and this was a great place to stay. The check in was fast and easy and the staff was friendly.

Our room was clean and tidy. Check in was smooth and the lady at check in was super nice and friendly. Perfect place to spend the night after some Winstar action!

Paid a little over $300 for one night and the shower water wouldn’t get hot. Had to take a ice cold shower. When we checked out we told the lady at the front desk and she was very rude about it. We will not be staying at this hotel next time we go back.
