Hospitality is great to be seen. Respectful and perfect in every aspect. Mostly the food is very much delicious. My family gave all the positive feedback for such a wonderful place and the team such a professional dealing with the people. My family yearns next week. God wishes very soon .

Great location, being close to markets, supermarkets and major retail outlets. Hotel staff courteous and with excellent customer service and hospitality. Special mention for the front desk ***ager - Jyoti, she just superb and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was a comfortable and happy experience. The premium room on the 6th floor was very nice and modern with great room service and cleaning. The vegetarian breakfast was excellent and the restaurant food downstairs was great. Kudos to all of them, especially Jyoti. Hotel is well recommended and we certainly will be booking again. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.

Hotel Archana Residency is amazingly beautiful with a soothing interior. I was there for my course, ***** with my mom and that place literally started to feel like home for us. I still remember we reached the hotel at around 4am, tired and sleepy but special thanks to Mr Vikas and Abul ji who made our check-in very easy, helped us with our luggage and without losing time, we were shown our room. The room was very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The housekeeping staffs, specially Mishra ji, Yadav ji, Abul ji were very efficient and attentive. We were provided plush towels and toiletry sets that they would replace every day. We stayed there for around 18 days and me and my mom had the most special vegetarian breakfast and dinner at their restaurant everyday. The food was extremely delicious, top notch and value for money. A big thank you to all the servers of the restaurant for attending to us with a great smile and hospitality and recommending the best food. Special thanks to Mr Mozumdar, who made sure that we get the best stay possible. Thank you to the watch*** chacha ji, who never missed a day to greet us by saying 'namaste' and always getting worried for us when we used to come late by asking if we had food. For me and my mom, that hotel started feeling like home to us. Thank you to all the staffs of Archana Residency for being so kind, welcoming and accomodating and for caring about our needs to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We are from Mauritius and i can say, we were treated like family members, not guests and this will be forever in our hearts. Thank you for giving me and my mum the best stay of our lives and for taking care of us. If ever i need to visit Mulund again, without a doubt i'll stay over at Archana Residency itself. Pathetic service at booking time only … ms . Jyoti at reception in morning hours and mr ravi in evening hours … On may 5 ms jyoti had a discussion on phone which i hve a recording too n agreed to gv delux room in 4500/- and thn upon visit to hotel for confirmation as was working so went at 8:30 post work … mr ravi was thr at reception he denied and thn i made listen recording n all discussions thn he is like not possi thn called ms jyoti she too chnged her words n said galti se bol diya hoga …. Thn i asked mr ravi i m booking fr guest so try it in 47/48 if possi … thn he tried wasting time by constantly saying me karvata karvata hu … thn at 11:35 at night he is like i dont hv 7 delux now … so u book 3 premium deluxe rooms fr ur guest .. tht too with all increased rates … pathetic service from reception desk wasted 5-6 hours fr this small booking … ***agement is requested to look into such things n help ur customers! Thnks

The rooms on the end of the floor fall on the main road, hence the noise is unavoidable. The windows do not have the sound insulation facility so the noise is directly heard which makes the resting period uncomfortable. We had the sound of road being drilled at a very little distance from our room window at around 3:30am for an hour which hampered our sleep.

The hotel is heart of the city, Rooms are specious and very comfortable. Food was mouthwatering. Specially the breakfast. Love to stay the special thanks to all staff they help us in every corner 🙏

I had paid Rs.11000/- as advance for banquet hall for a function which I had to postponed it from 26.12.21 to 10.01.2022 due to Govt circular on quarantine rules for international travelers. Due to surge in covid cases in January 2022 the function had to be cancelled. As per the receipt the cancellation clause was " All cancellation 4 days notice and made in writing" . I had mailed them about cancellation of function well in advance as per the terms mentioned in receipt. But to surprise they refused to refund the advance amount paid.

I received excellent hospitality even before my stay. I wrote n requested for room rates for 10 days stay which I wanted post my knee replacement surgery (in Aditi Hospital which is 1.5 kms away). I was offered a good rate. I wasn’t sure exact date of check in but the General ***ager Me Mozumdar said I could inform him later. Before checking in I requested for higher bed and they put an extra mattress to raise the height. I was given a quiet room as most of my time would be spent in the hotel itself. The hotel has some lively birthday, engagement & marriage parties with over night stays. Breakfast (included in the room tariff) is amazingly delicious everyday. The variety includes a mix of Dosa, vada, Idly, sambar, chutney, Aloo paratha, ***i, batata vada, bread pakoras, pav bhaji, sheera, pancakes, bread butter, jam, cut fruits, freshly made fruit juice, tea & coffee. I’m sure I’m forgetting somethings! From room cleaning staff, to room service & reception everyone is wearing a mask. They are all pleasant, helpful & smiling I’m sure under their masks!! I chose this hotel because it is close to the hospital and I would need to visit the Doctor twice post surgery. It also has a lift. The rooms are spacious.
