No politeness. Rough behaviour. No food facilities. Location is good. Lack of professionalism

Location is good. Near to college. Lot of hotels and shops are there to take food and snacks items. Room is good and clear. Ac is good. I am not availed any services from hotel.

There is no proper working wifi, the room is full of water on the floor, and they are charging for water bottles also and they didn't give complementary breakfast but they charged nearly 7k for two days for single room

This is very basic and the surroundings aren't great, but two things that make this place good are: 1. It's right in front of DY Patil complex. 2. If offers everything basic that you may need and in a clean manner. I could go on and complain about a few things, but what worked for me is that the place was clean, room was decent enough, sleep quality was very good. No foul smell, no stained bedsheet or no stained bathroom floor, it was all good. And to add to it the staff was very cordial and helpful. To add to it, prices are quite reasonable.

4. I recently stayed at a hotel that i would describe as good, with a slightly above-average experience. The service provided by the staff was quite good, and the room itself was comfortable and satisfactory. While there weren't any standout features, my overall stay was pleasant and met my expectations. Decent stay with good service and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed a comfortable stay with good room and service. Missing accessories, but working appliances. Parking was mediocre.

I stayed here for attending an exam in dy patil medical college. The hotel staff's behaviour was very pleasant and helpful.
