Отель видавший виды, на одну ночь, если дальше нет сил ехать. Завтрак обильный, но тоже на раз. За обьявленную цену очень дорого. Переоценено.

One of the best resorts in South India !!! This is our third visit at this resort!! Awesome ambience and best in service…. Recommend this resort for couples and families…Balcony view is just stunning!!! Staff are very friendly and easy to approach!!!

Good food & value for money, neat & clean property. Services are on time. We were to leave for Airport at 4 am to catch early flight & staff was extremely Co-operative they packed breakfast for us. Near proximity to Trivandrum airport is also great value add.

Rated as Average due to some issues: ⁃ issues with check in as room wasn’t ready. However this transpired that this was the fault of our tour guide giving an incorrect ETA - Noisy building work being carried out whilst there. 7am on a Sunday morning! ⁃ We were in room 301. The lifts are very small (holding 4 people). Despite me saying to the bell boy that we couldn’t all get in there (four adults and four large cases) he proceeded to herd us in. Consequently the lift dropped about 6 inches and the door open button wouldn’t work. I had to prize the doors open with my hands! ⁃ Nedju (pool bar) was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us . ⁃ Restaurant ***ager and female colleague (sorry didn’t get names) very helpful. There was a noticeable drop in service when they weren’t around . ⁃ Good internet

We came Uday suites as family and enjoyed the buffet breakfast, lunch.,dinner We tried appam and meen kudampuli ittathu which was delicious.There were live Kerala Paratha chappathi,appam .Our table was looked after by Swaraj,sreelekshmi.There were also staff ojila,Hena know about our food and provided them fast

It's very good for a long stay. Because of it's green environment and sprawling area. Food is delicious. The staff are thoroughly professional. Really enjoyed the stay. Special mention to Swaraj and Ojila....keep it up
