Excellent rapport qualité prix.
A recommander pour toute personne qui visite Genève mais n´a pas les moyens de se payer un hôtel dans cette ville.
Malheureusement l´accueil ferme à 23h00 ce qui nous a fait raté la première nuit de notre séjour et a engendré du stress et une réservation supplémentaire dans un autre hôtel.

We didn’t enjoy our experience at the Woods Hotel. We had issues with a smelly room to start, although once reported we were swapped immediately. However, the room we was given had dirty sheets and when we requested for the room to be made up, we returned to find the same dirty sheets, but the bed has been made. In our opinion, the restaurant next door seemed very lively and was good value for money. However, it seems that the management of the hotel spend all of their time and effort at the restaurant neglecting the hotel and its guests.
The reception area was regularly unattended with nobody available to speak to. You would ring the bell consistently wait for 1015 minutes and then just give up. We expressed disappoin**ent to the hotel manager, but he was very this interested and almost laughed us off.

Excellent hotel with good customer service. Only minor criticism would be surrounding area, very industrialised and not an area you would want to stroll around. Having said that we were only stopping couple of days and spent only evenings in hotel. Excellent restaurant adjacent to hotel. Would certantly use again and recommend for short stays.

The staff are very helpful and work extremely hard to make this place clean and safe. Many delicious options for food if you have their breakfast and the dinner buffet is nice. Great cleaning practices. I walked in on the women cleaning my room and they are exceptional for cleaning the entire bed. The manager was very accomodating. The only thing that I wish were different is that we could have a fridge in rooms. I like the mall nearby and the town should create a walking path. Bus is nearby. I would definitely come back again.

I stayed an evening on a work trip, and it was nice. Clean, recently renovated room. Everything was good, except the bed was two smaller mattresses pushed together, and the gap in the middle kept expanding at night, leaving a big dent in the middle. A very minor critique on an otherwise good night

woods hotel Thoiry is about 20 mins from airport and train station. Very nice clean hotel. Modern decor. Close by shopping. There’s a very good buffet restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Good food but noisy and difficult to find parking due to restaurant.
Reception is usually not there. You need to ring bell and wait for them to come. Breakfast is ok.
We struggled with Wi-Fi.
Overall good stay out of busy Genève

Nice hotel. Good location. But needs more reserved parking spot for hotel customers. Hard to find some car parking spots if you're arriving late evening
