Nettes ruhiges hotel, gutes Frühstück

I stay at ibis styles several times a year, and always the experience is good. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast has lots of choice.

We stopped over at this Ibis on our way to the Alps and what a fab find! The staff were so friendly and efficient and also spoke perfect English! The hotel is modern and clean. It has been decorated so well that it feels like a stand alone place rather than a chain. Breakfast was awesome....we sat and ate ours in a little beach hut. The hotel is well placed for a walk into the town, which is really lovely too ...we could have spent longer here.

The room was clean and it has the latest plug for modern devices. Nevertheless, our children wanted to play table tennis, and they didn't have balls/paddles available. Room equipped properly.

The hotel prices itself as a 3+ star hotel . Yet is more similar to a hostel. The rooms are very small and poorly furnished. It is far from the center of the city so need a car. There are almost no staff as the only one person l could find attends to 2 Ibis hotels in same location. No safe for valuables. No security at all which was scary for a female colleague also staying there as it is next to a stadium with a rowdy crowd. And Accor offers zero benefits for loyalty. I went the next day to the Hilton Evians which is only 15 minutes away by car and for $40 more per night I had luxury. Its like comparing a 1 star hotel to a 10 star hotel for $40.

Staff Was very helpful, clean room , nice shower

Good location, nice decor, most of the staffs are friendly. A few downside during our 1 night stay… the sofa bed is very uncomfortable comparing with the other hotels we stayed during the trip. The aircon isn’t working properly. The lowest temperature can be set is 18 degrees and it’s still too hot. It’s a 2 adults and 2 children family room and we only got ＜1 toilet roll. I had to go to the reception to ask for more. After checking my reservation, the receptionist said ah yes you need more…

Clean hotel,nice rooms,great shower and friendly staff

Belle salle pour le petit déjeuner et propre mais il n y avait pas assez à manger pour le petit-déjeuner des clients, j ai dû réclamé du pain car panière vide, plus d orange, table de présentation un.peu bordélique, pas assez d assiettes, manque petites cuillères...bref, il fallait réclamer sans cesse car le plein de denrées n était pas fait au fur et à mesure, la serveuse n a apporté que 3 petites baguettes pour une quaranraine de clients , donc beaucoup n ont pas eu de pains, et il n etait que 9h00 du matin donc nous n avons pas pu déjeuner à notre faim, des clients ont râlé dont moi, le personnel de service ne dit même pas bonjour, et tire la tronche, et avait l air de se foutre des plaintes des clients, trop cher payé pour ce qui est proposé au client, c est à dire pas grand chose, heureusement que le réceptionniste était sympa. Chambre propre mais odeur d urines persistantes dans la salle de bain car WMC en.panne. Je ne reviendrai pas.
