The experience wasn't pleasant. The TV wasn't working correctly, the rooms weren't adequately lit, and the service was incredibly slow. Employees were helpful. Standard room quality was subpar because the air conditioner wasn't even working.

In my personal openion the price they are offering is not worth in comparison to the cleanliness and facilities available in the hotel. Most of the furnitures seems to be very old. Its an average rating hotel. I felt, though the standard rooms are available online, hotel offer (and says) only executive rooms are available when we approach the hotel directly.

Courteous staff, clean rooms, good food, and peaceful a**osphere... Right in middle of city too! Accessibility to shops and temple. All walkable distance only. On the whole pleasant experience ... Would recommend for families though it's a business hotel..

My Wife and I stayed for a day in March, 2024 at this Hotel. We were returning to this lovely hotel after 30 years. It was a pleasant surprise that despite being a fairly old property, they have fully refurbished and have added all modern facilities

Very friendly staff, excellent location, value for money. The rooms were near and clean and room service was quick. The breakfast has a good spread . Overall very good place to stay in the heart of the city.

Very nice place and best restaurant in thrissur. Well ***aged and maintained. The food is amazing with number of dishes and we really enjoyed the service of all staffs. It was a nice experience and this hotel is definitely recommended.🙏🙏 Hope to come back soon!!

Really it is great experience to be there in ****** Hotel Thrissur . The infrastructure and service are amazing. Very supportive staff. Well done ****** Team. The amenities are also very nice. The location is convenient, it is in the heart of city of Thrissur but calm and quiet area. Multi facilities in a single location...
