Hotel Niya Regency

Had lunch at the restaurant at the lobby level. It was 230 pm and hence we were hungry. Unfortunately the food,after a wait of 25 minutes,- came cold. Had to get it reheated, which took another 15 minutes. While the food quality and taste were above average(not WOW)- the service time was too long!. If you have ample time allocated for a meal- you may check the restaurant out.

It very good hotel and restorant. Good service & nice people! Anoop & Aleena very good and pleasnt personality of hotel! Room is clean and affordable. However its close to centar from Thrissur. Greetings from Croatia 😍

A comfortable stay with good food from the in house restaurant. Well maintained rooms and suitable for family. Ample parking space and good for a stroll in the morning. For those who would like to have a drink or two, the Lounge provides good drinks too

Such a filthy executive room I had ever be. Not worth of paying that much. No amenities kept in room except couple of soaps just like a local lodge. Toilet was stinking when complained they end up with air freshener which mixed up both smells and caused my parents vomiting. Attached the photos of toilet and tore bedsheet. Restaurant service did a good Job. Food was excellent.

The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the town. Parking is a bit problem, but the staff will take care of this. The checkin process was completed in less than 10 minutes. A very good quality elevator takes you to the floor. The room is having a traditional key and lock mechanism. The first impression of the room is neat and clean. There are hangers, kettles, bedside table and a study table. There a cable television for entertainment also. Our package include breakfast also. As informed, the breakfast will be server from 7:30, we reached by 7:45 but the breakfast was not ready. Since we had a busy schedule, the restaurebt ***ager helped us to arrange some food. The taste is average, but the quality is good. Some recommendations to the hotel are: - The dental kit was missing in the toilet - Kindly arrange the iorning table and iorn box to each room - An LED desk light to the study table is highly recommended - The kettle was not clean - The hair drier was not working - Kindly provide a bill at the time of checkout. What I like the most: - I haven't used but there is a WiFi provided by the hotel - The quick response from the staff; this is a very very good point in the service industry - Clean atmosphere The hotel is highly recommended to families who are looking for budget hotel with above average facilities. Make sure that you have options to travel to the town.

Had a peaceful stay here, good hospitality, staffs are so polite , clean room, food was so good, they have their sea food restaurant we tried some of the fish dishes , everything was good highly recommend
