Had a great stay. It was off-season, so there weren't many tourists in Tianshui. The B&B is located inside the ancient city, with unique decor. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of food options. The water heating system ensures no cold water, so it's instantly hot even in winter. The heating was excellent, felt like central air conditioning, and it wasn't noisy. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Fuxi Temple is not far away. A quick note on parking: there are two underground parking garages nearby. One is the Ancient City parking lot, and the other is the Cuijiaxiang parking lot. Strangely, the location the B&B gave me led me to Cuijiaxiang the first night, but then the same location led me to the Ancient City parking lot when I left. The Ancient City lot seemed a tiny bit closer. Both aren't too far, but it's best to confirm with the owner directly. I was contacted proactively by the host around 7 PM on the night I arrived in Tianshui. If you're visiting for tourism, I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel service was quite good. Because the navigation system couldn't recognize my license plate when I drove into a one-way street, I called the hotel staff, who promptly opened the barrier. Afterwards, staff guided me to park. The hotel room, though small, was fully equipped. Despite being several years old, the hotel was very clean. The receptionist was very friendly. Regarding the spicy hot pot, everyone's taste is different; as a southerner, I didn't find it spicy or numbing at all. The hotel's location is good, and I would recommend it.

I brought my kids to Tianshui and booked this hotel because of the 2-meter bed. First, let's talk about the location. It's a bit far from popular attractions like the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. There's an uphill slope from the main road to the hotel, which isn't ideal for those who don't like walking. Across the road, there's a downhill path leading to residential areas where there's a morning market, which is much better than tourist-heavy streets like Yusheng Lane. The hotel service was excellent. There was an aroma diffuser outside our room that sprayed every once in a while, and the scent was very strong. After I reported it to the staff, they unplugged the machine for us, as we couldn't stay in the room otherwise. I also suggested they change the scent, as it was too sweet, cloying, and overpowering. The facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the gym isn't big, it's sufficient, and the equipment is all new. The availability of towels, water, coffee, and tea was a big plus. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast on the first day was good, but not so much on the second. I ordered wontons first and then went to get other dishes. When I went to pick up the wontons, they said they were out and gave me noodles instead. There was one fried egg left, and one side was burnt. When I asked the chef to fry another one, he said the machine was broken... I'm not sure if it was really broken or if he just didn't want to turn it on for one egg. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but the yogurt was gone by 9 AM.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I came straight here from the train station, and the Mercure's location is excellent. The hotel's facilities and services are superb – I absolutely love it! The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was also fantastic. I'll definitely choose Mercure again next time. While here, I met guests from Shanghai, Guangdong, Northeast China, and even Japan. As a visitor from Sichuan, it felt like a homecoming, especially since Tianshui was part of the Shu Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms period!

My boyfriend took me to Tianshui this time, and we chose this hotel, which is located in the old city. The hotel is decorated in a new Chinese style, the environment and hygiene are excellent, and the service is very enthusiastic. The beautiful ladies in the front hall will upgrade the room type. The whole house is smart, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are suitable for sleeping. I recommend it to my friends. I booked a breakfast without breakfast, and bought one separately. It was not expensive, and it was clean. The rice noodles were very good. I will choose to stay here next time! ! ! The main parking is free and convenient, not far from the Fuxi Temple and the scenic spots in Tianshui City!

I have high hopes for Haiyou Hotel. The staff told me it's the fourth fully self-service 1.0 Haiyou Hotel in the country, which feels very advanced. The lobby facilities are complete, the room design is simple, and in terms of cleanliness, it's definitely the king of hotels in this price range. Its public facilities are also far ahead of the competition. Self-service check-in, self-service laundry, self-service takeout lockers, self-service breakfast, self-service luggage storage, self-service beverage lockers, self-service toiletries, self-service coffee, soy milk, and hot water—and the drinking water is purified! Highly recommended! The entire hotel only needs one staff member and one security guard. On the evening of my check-in, a cute staff member with a slightly flushed face (I think his name was Xiao Ma) provided excellent service and helped solve many problems. The staff member at check-out the next day was also very friendly; the staff all seemed to be in great spirits.

Hotel location is very good, the lobby is spacious, the front desk is very warm, the room is spacious and bright, the big windows are particularly good! Come to Tianshui for a business trip, after dinner, see the hotel is a minute walk from Fuxi Temple and the ancient city, and go out for a stroll. I feel very happy and bring me a good experience! The hotel is newly opened, with complete facilities, convenient parking, clean and tidy, exquisite breakfast, especially the morning market not far from the door, the fireworks are rich, especially warm! Next time I bring my family to the children to live here, feel the fireworks on the earth, and experience the slow life of the ancient city!

The lady working the night shift on July 23rd provided absolutely amazing service. I didn't catch her name, but our family arrived close to midnight, and I had to call her multiple times. She was incredibly patient and helped us resolve every issue. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the room, but it was spotless, and they even gave us a free upgrade.

The hotel is right by the pedestrian street and the district government, truly in the city center. Hu's Residence is just a 500-meter walk away. It's great value for money if you're traveling in the off-season. **Facilities:** Well-equipped. **Cleanliness:** Spotless. **Service:** When we checked in, the elevator kept stopping on the renovation floor. The front desk lady was very helpful and quickly coordinated to make it easier for us to move our luggage. **Environment:** The soundproofing could be improved, as hallway noises are quite noticeable.
