If i have only one word to describe my experience in the hotel, it would simply be “great”, starting from the so welcoming staff to the beauty of the building. The room felt warm -i really need to mention the so comfy pillows-. The restaurant was clean and the quality of the food was as expected! There is a backyard of the hotel where you will find a swimming pool that has a “vue-sur-mer”, i liked the sound of the waves at night. Big thanks to the hotel for affording such a great experience ! Hi I just want to share my bad experience at Syphax hotel Tichy Bejaia, We arrived at the reception around 12 o'clock, We asked for a room of 3 adult, Everything is okay so fare , I went to the beach between 3 and 4, I did ask for bath towel, unfortunately is only one set in the room, Every time I ask for the towel at the desk, the answer was sorry I'm in my own I cant leave the desk, this people are not professional,you know what time I receive the towel after 21h, and face towel not a bath towel, the attendant said the haven't got a spare , I dis ask one of the managers whats the rate of this hotel,he said 4 Stars, ( big lies ), because I checked on Google it was only 3 stars, According to me it doesn't deserve one Star, Go back to the room the duvet was very dirty,trace of urine ,and blood,I can support my review with photos,and video to prove the state of this hotel,the room wasn't clean there is ants (insect) all over the room.Concerning the food wasn't really good I had only salad not a big varieties,breakfast time I did ask for orange juice ,they said no we don't do it,Guess how much we paid for the room , We paid 27000.00DZ (one Night ) , ,if they denied my review I will upload the photos and video ,so everyone can see the bad management of the Syphax hotel Bejaia, Always read the review b4 you book any hotel .

A fuir absolument Nous avons été arnaqué par les préposés à la réception, au début je réserve une chambre avec vue sur mer on me communique le prix et j'accepte, mais j'insiste sur la disponibilité de la piscine couverte et on me le confirme, la veille j'appelle pour confirmer une autre personne m'assure que ladite piscine était disponible sauf qu'il me communique un prix supérieur à celui qui m'a déjà été donné quand je conteste il me dit qu'il va me recontacter mais rien du tout. Le jour J j'arrive à la réception l'accueil est plutôt sympa, je demande pour les services on me dresse une liste de rêve : piscine couverte, hammam, massage tout ça compris dans le prix, je paye, je vais me changer, quand je descend, le réceptionniste a changé, je demande où se trouve la piscine on me répond qu'elle est fermée depuis 15 jours !!! Je demande à être remboursé on me dit que ce n'est pas possible donc un conseil FUYEZ CET ÉTABLISSEMENT C'EST UNE ARNAQUE SANS PRÉCÉDENT J'allais oublier une chose la WiFi est disponible MAIS SANS INTERNET

C'est la 2e fois que nous sejournons à l'hôtel Syphax et nous sommes toujours à chaque fois très satisfaits. Tout est parfait, accueil, restauration, confort, services, propreté...etc. Excellent sejour, nous repartirons dans un Syphax et ça c'est sûr. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Pour nos vacances cet été à bejaia, nous sommes rendus dans ce magnifique hôtel. Un agréable accueil, l'établissement est propre et le travail du personnel est très bien. Je reviendrai l'été prochain inchaallah. Merci à toute l'équipe 👍

L'un des meilleurs hôtel à Bejaia (tichy plus exactement), l'emplacement, le service, le prix, la bouffe ...... Hôtel à conseiller pour couple ou famille en été (plage et piscine) ou en hiver (piscine chauffée)

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et à l'écoute des clients Les prix très accessibles. Les soirées du réveillon sont formidables Nous leur demandons de baisser un peu les prix pour permettre aux petites bourses d'y accéder
