They staff was amazing. Treated us very good. I would definitely stay next time. The rooms were very nice and clean.

性價比超高，USB充電器接口都有，還有燙衣板！但週五週六房價貴點！酒店頂樓的餐飲區很漂亮，要是酒店含早餐，那就更完美了？期待下次出來出差的時候酒店有所改善，還會繼續關顧！

Staff was awesome very nice and the valet guys were awesome and Tony from the roof bar was such a great employee thanks for a great trip from for me and my wife sincerely

The hotel is nearly new and located right next to Revolución Avenue. The floors are large marble like tiles and were spotless. The bed was comfortable and noise was not an issue for me. Maybe they’ve closed the disco other reviews have mentioned or perhaps it’s only open on weekends. There are numerous dental offices in the neighborhood for dental tourism. I had booked the room for 4 nights but checked out a day early because my dental work was finished a day early. The hotel refused to refund the fee for the unused night or to offer a credit for a future visit. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the stay and feel that the hotel offered good value for the quality.

Hotel was clean and comfortable as always. Unfortunately the hand sink faucet broke. I wasn’t able to shut of the water. It took them over an hour to fix the issue. I was told they were going to give me a different room. I packed my belongings just be told there was no other rooms. I missed a meeting. Was told to use the shower to wash my hands. Was not given any options. This happened late night so staying elsewhere was not an option. No apologies given or mentioned at checkout. Everything else was good about the stay.

This was my first trip to Mexico and I have to say that I am very impressed with this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room service was also great and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
