Στη ρεσεψιόν όπως αναφέρεται σε όλα τα reviews πρέπει να αφήσεις 100 ευρώ προκαταβολή και 8 ευρώ την ημέρα το άτομο για φόρους... και αν είπα και έδειχνα ότι στο site της κράτησης έλεγε 1,70 το άτομο δεν είναι τίποτα είχε σημασία!! Οπότε θα ήταν καιρός να ενημερώσει το ίδιο το site γιατί είναι αστείο!!! Έπρεπε να προσθέσω 32 ευρώ στην κράτησή μου, οπότε δεν υπήρχε όλη αυτή η ευκολία! Το ξενοδοχείο συνολικά είναι καλά παρουσιασμένο και καθαρό, αλλά τα δωμάτια είναι μικρά με σπασμένα περβάζια και ράφια, όχι ακριβώς 4 αστέρων!! Το πολύ φτωχό πρωινό δεν περιλαμβάνει καφέ ή τσάι ή καπουτσίνο αλλά μόνο κρύο γάλα και χυμό άσσου! Αν έχεις πλήρη διατροφή δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται το βραδινό ούτε καν νερό.Δεν μπορείς να διαλέξεις το γεύμα είτε εκείνο είτε εκείνο.Το à la carte μενού δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην πλήρη διατροφή Παράλογο!!! Άλλωστε και εσύ δεν τρως πολύ άσχημα, αλλά δεν αργεί να σε αφήσει πεινασμένο!! Δεν έχω ξαναδεί κάτι τέτοιο!!! Ονειρεύεσαι την καλοσύνη!!

Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ με μια υπηρεσία ξενοδοχείου. Έμεινα 2 νύχτες εκεί χωρίς κλιματισμό. Κάθε φορά που ζητώ από τον ρεσεψιονίστ να το φτιάξει, ισχυρίζονται ότι θα καλέσουν έναν τεχνικό, ο οποίος δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ μέχρι το τέλος της διαμονής μας. Το φαγητό στο πρωινό ήταν τόσο φθηνά συσκευασμένο. Ζαχαρόνερο που χαρακτηρίζεται ως «χυμός πορτοκαλιού» δύσοσμο «ομελέτα». Τελευταίο αλλά όχι λιγότερο σημαντικό, έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε 8 €/pp για να αποκτήσουμε πρόσβαση στη σάουνα και την πισίνα. Τους βρήκαμε άλλη μια έκπληξη, πολλές νεκρές μύγες κολυμπούσαν δίπλα μας στην πισίνα. Όταν ρωτήσαμε την υπεύθυνη της πισίνας σχετικά, είπε ότι έχει ήδη κοινοποιήσει αυτές τις πληροφορίες «πολλές φορές» στον επόπτη/διαχειριστή του ξενοδοχείου, αλλά δεν αντέδρασαν ποτέ σε αυτό. Τέλος, κατά το check out, ανέφερα όλα αυτά τα προβλήματα που είχαμε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας και το μόνο που απάντησε ήταν "συγγνώμη γι' αυτό!!!" Μηδενική εμπειρία στο χειρισμό μιας τέτοιας επιχείρησης και των πελατών της. Λίγοι άνθρωποι χαμογελούσαν κατάματα. Η Αλβανία αξίζει περισσότερους φιλόξενους ανθρώπους να υποδέχονται τους επισκέπτες της :(

It’s a scam! I recently stayed at the VH Eurostar Tirana Hotel Congress & Tirana Spa, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel does not prioritize customer service or cleanliness. To start, the room was filthy. There were no towels, and we found bugs in the sheets, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Despite having booked a package that included parking, dinner, and breakfast, we were told at reception that this was incorrect and that we would have to pay extra. This was a blatant bait-and-switch tactic. The air conditioning in our room was broken, and we spent the night freezing. To make matters worse, the blanket provided had chinches, which was incredibly unhygienic and unacceptable. When we attempted to address these issues, we were met with hostility. The hotel demanded a mandatory cash deposit of 100€, which was never mentioned beforehand. When we voiced our concerns and requested to file a complaint, the staff responded with threats and aggressive behavior. We asked to speak to the reception chief, and a man arrived, speaking aggressively in Albanian, falsely claiming to be the chief. It turned out he was just the maintenance guy, who then attempted to fix the air conditioning at 1 AM. By this time, it was already impossible to get any sleep. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The combination of poor service, dirty rooms, and the staff's aggressive behavior made it an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. They charged us 10€ for the parking that was supposed to be for free and in the entrance of the Peking it cost 4€ the whole day. Really a scam. This is all fault of Trip.com that offer rooms in hotels without condition agreement and any service support . I am asking for the return of my money as the experience was not what I booked as I reserved in trip.com with parking ,dinner and breakfast paying more for these services ---

Please confirm your customer about your rate clearly. Without add any additional service fee when arrival to your hotels

No cumplieron con las condiciones, tenía fruta de bienvenida que no me dieron, me aplicaron una tasa de cambio antes de pagar con tarjeta muy superior al mercado. Incluso entró gente desconocida a mi habitación porque también se la habían dado. Una experiencia horrible y un hotel que no recomiendo a nadie.

O hotel não tinha a minha reserva ativa e tive que pagar mais 65€ para ter um quarto no edifício em frente. Tive assim que pagar não o que o Trip.com referiu mas uma reserva nova mais cara. Inadmissível Não voltarei a reservar nada com Trip.com perdi o valor da reserva

Disguidi all'accettazione, letto trovato con biancheria fuori posto tovaglie da bagno per bambini infine l'agenzia mi diceva con colazione inclusa e loro all'inizio rifiutata concessa dopo insistenza. Sono rimasto per il bisogno altrimenti recedevo la prenotazione.
