Stay was nice and comfortable, very near to temple north entrance, but price for extending a day is too high even for half day.

No lift, no guarantee of rooms in 1 st floor also, staff very uncooperative, not stayed as this is not possible for my mother to go 2 nd floor every time when we go to temple. No refund available. Don’t recommend to anyone

worst room not clean . room owner tolded me still room not available. so yu can pay extra 500 . otherwise yu can cancel the booking talking way is very rude. and I don't have option I will pay extra 500 take that room .😡

I did not stay in the hotel as there is no elevator and there are no rooms in ground or 1 st floor. The staff are so uncooperative to hold my mom to 2 nd floor. I booked two separate rooms. Instead of providing us two separate rooms, hotel management asked us to accommodate in first floor suite single room. They out-rightly and arrogantly told us to cancel the booking and go to other hotel. I urge mm t to resolve this issue soon and refund my money back. Thank you

Location is advantageous no food service basic amenities like electric kettle not there. Reception is courteous

Room not given as ac rooms not there, i want around 1pm no ac rooms avilable, after that we left from there, plz return my money back

Very small room. No cupboard, sink had water clogs. No resturant, just one small towel for 2. Highly priced
