不錯，離雅拉公園很近，餐廳、SPA都不貴，衹是晚上一開門，各種蟲就會飛進來，下水管道聲音很響，不過也算還不錯

a nice and neat place to come to. from the start all staff seemed professional and very friendly. everything was nicely clean and calm on the place. got a wonderful massage from the pleasant, skilled female masseuse. rooms and cleaning were nice and clean. Restuarent food was so good expecialy for aldults. Maybee some french friche and patatotos for kids .Proffesionel staff and friendly in restuarent also. they arranged a birthday table for our son, it was so nice and in order. luggage staff bar man gardener waiters receptionists all mam met at this place were smiling and friendly.

Surrounded by beautiful greeneries and famous Thissa lake.. perfect location with perfect staffing.. Highly recommend for everyone who needs to relax, enjoying, family gathering and all.. stayed 31st December even though whole team really busy with Gala dinner they all personally attend to each and every guest..it’s perfect whole team indicating the meaning of srilankan hospitality.. General manager De Jonk, F&B manager Srimal, & chef Pradeep Hk and FOM put their step down work with whole team.. We feel 5star service in Chaaya.. I feel this is what you expect.. Had been staying few 5star hotels in Colombo and Galle before stay chaarya.. This was the best property you must visit.. Perfect Srilankan cuisine as well as western..cleaned rooms plenty of spaces in rooms.. Finally it’s perfect place that you must visit…

Great service ,prepared Jain food excellent stay,great rooms , From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Property has lovely gardens and a pool. Rooms separately air-conditioned and are good in size with all amenities, ours, with a patio overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, the shower is badly designed, and the curtain is almost under the water. You can not really shower properly without water going everywhere, and tiles are slippery. It is so easily fixed. Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner buffet style with a nice variety. Very nice property with lovely staff and amenities.

The resort was lovely with a nice pool and a pleasant walkway to the well appointed rooms. The bar was small but nice area to have a few drinks pre/post dinner. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel and were here for 2 nights. We enjoyed all our meals. However would have liked more vegetarian choices. Rooms were spacious with a decent bathroom. In the evenings, staff left sweets in the room and in the mornings, lovely towel decorations were left on the bed. A nice touch indeed. On the whole, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel.
