BEWARE Not recommended for solo females OR couples with females! I chose this place because of the listed spa amenity. It says separate areas for men and women. FALSE that is a lie! There is 1 area only, and separate DAYS for men and women. Men get 5 days (weekdays), women get 2 days (weekends). I arrived Sunday night, and the lady took so long to check me in and finally got to explaining the spa at which point I said, wait, so I only have 20 minutes now to use the spa? She said ”Sorry, 15 min sorry” So I had to rush, while she was still talking to me about the ramen I don't care! So I got to use the spa for 10 min! So I booked another hotel, Super Hotel I stayed at before that I know has 2 separate areas and the spa is open ALL night until 9am. I asked Dormy to give me a refund because of the false advertising. Of course they say sorry no. I would not have stayed there if I had known this. Seeing that I was a single female booking they should have notified me. And what I really cannot tolerate is gender inequality. I know this is a more male dominate society, but that is old and backwards and I do not support that type of thinking. Please do not support this gender inequality! If you are a woman, this is NOT the hotel for you. Location is also weird and not much to walk to. Who cares about the Starbucks you can get that anywhere. I left first thing in the morning, I don't care if I lost money on it, I wasn't going to stay there a minute longer.

The location need walk 7 to 10 mins from train station, but there is family mart and shopping mall and donki on the way, so its ok. Also very close to 2 5star restaurant we booked so still good. The hotspring after service is interesting and so good that will provide one ice cream per people every night. Also have free ramen before 11pm. The overall experience is veryvery good.

Excellent location and fantastic service! Hotel is located within stone’s throw from okachimachi station and is at the heart of ameyoko shopping district. It may be a bit small but all facilities are excellent and is definitely worth the price! Will stay here again!

Near train station and walking distance to Akihabara. Unfortunately I had to book a smoking room as it was the last room. The air-con do have a smell each time we turned it on. Other than that it was ok. Room was clean. Great onsen but a bit small. Free ice cream and ramen every night and probiotic drinks in morning. Free flow of coffee and tea. Will try to book early the next time. Will definitely return.

This hotel is very close to the Dome. I used to stay here often on business trips. There are hot springs, saunas, and delicious soy sauce noodles. The exit of the subway station is right next to the hotel and Lawson is downstairs. Although the room is smaller, you understand that this is Tokyo. The rooms are clean, tidy and orderly, meeting the needs of travelers.

DORMY INN GLOBAL CABIN ASAKUSA Dormy Inn Asakusa is a hotel located along the Sumida River where you can stay at a reasonable price with a great view. From the rooftop public bath on the 10th floor and the footbath, you can enjoy a memorable view of Tokyo such as the Tokyo Sky Tree on the opposite bank. Although the building itself is old, it is an attractive hotel with a breakfast that we are proud of, so please use it as a reference when you come to Asakusa for sightseeing. #ドーミーイン グローバル キャビン 浅草 は… 隅田公園前にある展望大浴場が人気のドーミーインのホテル 東武浅草駅から徒歩圏内 建物、設備自体はやや古いですが… 静かでロケーション抜群な所なので全てリセットされます 屋上の大浴場はロケーションを独り占めです 色々あるストレスも心まで洗われます 接客 言葉遣いも丁寧で見事なホスピタリティ プロの仕事をされていますねぇ 朝食付でしたので、1Fの朝食会場へ うなぎ飯とあさり汁 朝から美味しすぎて元気チャージです リーズナブルな宿泊料金でこの満足度は言うことなし また泊まりに行きたいです あまり密にならない程度に お客さんがいらして貰えるとホテル側も潤って ウィン・ウィンですねぇ(˙◁˙ )ﾊﾟｧ
