Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport

Had a really good stay at Mercure Haneda Tokyo Airport. The room was always kept clean and the housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly. Really appreciated the good service throughout my stay. The location was also quite convenient. It’s closer to Otorii Station East Exit, so getting to and from the hotel was pretty easy. It’s also a convenient choice if you’re flying from Haneda Airport, especially for an early flight. I had the dinner set at the hotel and really enjoyed it. The staff were very accommodating with my dietary request and made the effort to arrange something suitable for me. Really appreciate how helpful and understanding they were. One thing to note is that the hotel is close to the train tracks, so I could hear the trains from my room. It wasn't a big issue for me, but if you’re a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet room, it may be better to request a room on the opposite side of the tracks. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, good housekeeping and a convenient location. I’d be happy to stay here again when I’m flying from Haneda.

Decent modern hotel near the airport. The shuttle bus is good but you should check the website for timings and stop location. Sometimes if you arrive at T2/T3 you could have to take the free airport shuttle bus first to T1 first before finding the hotel bus stop at T1. Some travellers seem to have problems with this (researching and navigating an airport). Hotel staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is really excellent as the other reviews say, above the usual 4 star hotel fare (in Europe at least). Hotel is modern, but the room (two beds) seemed a bit on the small side and had a low ceiling. But it was clean and had a nice bathroom. This hotel is good if you need to sleep comfortably and have a good breakfast before catching the next flight (or train) in the morning. But for exploring the city you probably have better options and value propositions.

During my stay there was a lantern festival at a nearby temple. So it was a good experience. Hotel is next to Otorii Station.

This room is larger than the average other room in Tokyo and has a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality. The room is clean and well-maintained. There are many restaurants, drugstores, and convenience stores around the hotel. If you have a car, you can park it at the parking lot, but there is a small fee.

As we arrived at night we stopped here for a night and picked up the car rent in the next day. It’s very convenient as the car rent is just next to the hotel. There is marts Lawson and family mart close to the hotel. Few restaurants at night but need to walk around 10mins. Clean room and enough space for 2 big luggages

Facility is great the hotel very nice and clean. However, the staffed can be a little more friendly. The hotel should provide water to welcome the guest small bottle or cup of water will go along way.

Close to Metro, good location, easy to travel around.

I review based on hotel for haneda airport convenience. Otherwise the location is bad because it's too far from all Tokyo things to do. However we booked for our last days to easily go to hnd for our very early flight. Used hotel shuttle bus which was a very nice amenity to have ease of mind. The room was huge, very clean and modern. There was a small gym with basic machines ( of latest tech) and cardio machines 🤝!

Good location and very convenient, comfortable hotel and with shuttle bus to airport
