Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Kyobashi Premier

It was a nice pleasant stay. Jus abt 5mins walk from Tokyo station. Equip w laundry service, however there was a great demand of it, hence it’s always not enough and long queue.. otherwise everything was good. Luv the red bean bread at level 2 komeda cafe.

Hotel is considered very near to subway. Its cleaned. Right opposite is medi-ya. Amenities are in lobby area for you to self take what you need.

Walkable distance from Tokyo station. Considered a decent hotel.. service was good too!

Close to subway station and 7-11 downstairs. Room was clean but slightly smaller than expected from photo.

Overall this is a nice hotel with a great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful although the timing for room cleaning was much later than communicated. Rooms are quite small, especially with the luggage stand located when it was…made it difficult to even enter the room area and I banged my knee on it twice in the night time when going to the bathroom. In the end I had to move it to the area behind the desk to make more space for getting in and out of the room. Location is great and prices are high but competitive vs other similar hotels in the area. I would stay again if it is convenient for my business needs.

Convenient location and cafes are nearby. Room size is ok for single traveller

This is the 4th trip to Tokyo staying at Daiwa Roynet Kyobashi. The location is excellent. I notice that the amenities (including the coffee) have been relocated to the lobby for travellers to collect on their own. Only the Japanese tea bags have been left in the rooms. This is less convenient for travellers. But overall I would come back to this hotel as it’s at a very convenient location

Room super small even tho I took 2 bigger premium rooms for myself and the kids I didn’t bother to take picture of it just a basic room 1st 2 days was ok when we returned for our last 3 nights of stay even though they gave us the same room and on the same floor I couldn’t sleep in peace just felt uncomfortable and weird feeling in the room only 3 washing machine shared with so many guests goodness such long Q during the Dec holidays also the stupid lift always open on the 3rd floor not sure why they programmed it in such a way damn irritating .. walking distance to Tokyo station 7 eleven on the ground floor Kyobashi station just below metro line and Ginza within walking distance too got Meidi-Ya Supermarket opposite plus restaurants quite atas .. night staffs very friendly morning staff 👎🏼👎🏼 dun even smile

Clean and spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. Friendly staff and very accessible to major public transport ie the Shinkansen and the city rail. Very near to Ginza and convenient for food.
