Very nice hotel, Big room size compared to tokyo standard. Lobby is quite big, Breakfast was also good with decent variety, just a suggestion if they can have no dairy milk also like soy or almond for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Subway is just below the hotel and TCAT station is 5 min away if you taking bus from Narita airport. Although we didnt have any lunch or dinner at hotel, they have good menu with many options. Was surprised to see vegetarian options also, that is a rare commodity in Japan.

It’s old hotel, they gave us smelly room and I had complained, they changed right away.. but still old hotel. But buffets was excellent.

From the airport you can take the bus « airport limousine ». Very convenient. Hotel located at the station z10 Suitengumae, exit 4 brings us directly inside. Breakfast buffet is good. Tourists information available and staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and in Tokyo. We recommend the Royal Park Hotel.

Decent hotel but the facilities are a bit old and outdated; better to renovate and upgrade facilities

Very good location. Tokyo City Air Terminal is just next to the hotel. Taking the bus from the airport is very easy.
Highly recommend this hotel. Many good food around the area too.

It’s a great hotel with friendly nice staff. All is good until you look at the details. Breakfast not included and then the breakfast ends at 9am anyway! Staying over the new year period, people tend to stay out late and like a lie in on their holidays! You had to pay extra for the gym which is just ridiculous. My sleep was poor due to noisy people above and next to us. I told reception but the walls and floors are very thin

Love the location, just next to the TCAT station, so easy for those wants to reach the hotel from airport without hassle. Quite frequent bus schedule as compare to other areas. Many restaurants nearby. 2 subway lines within walking distance.
Hotel is a bit old but the maintenance is good. Definitely will stay there again.

This is not a five star hotel at all. The hotel service  is bad. Not have much facilities. Staff can’t speak English, can’t only speak Japanese!! How can those people communicate with customers !!!!

I paid much more for this place compared to another place near to Nihonbashi but I want to say that this is worth every cent . Everything works in this place . The porters are professional the front desk was efficient . I specifically asked to store my luggage there 2 days earlier as I was doing a short trip to Numazu and there was no issues at all
