Totally dissatisfied to the overall services with this hotel. The staffs are impolite, and lack of professionalism. I will not recommend this hotel to any visitors. There were at least 2 annoying issues occurred during my stay here as below.
1. I stayed here for 2 nights, and there was no one to make up my room at the second day. And the staff still agured that is my request in a rude way, and not helping to solve the problem immediately.
2. The hotel mixup my name in their guest list, result in one of my parcels fail to deliver to me successfully and forced to return back to the delivery company, where I had already notified the hotel one week before the parcels (with tracking numbers) would be arrived by email. I am shocked they finally missed my parcel even they replied would help me to keep it.
Generally speaking, that is the worst experience that I encountered in Tokyo/Japan hotel. Normally Japan hotels' staffs offer a very high quality of services. I wonder why this hotel can be managed in such a poor standard. I feel extremely disappointed and absolutely will not stay this hotel anymore until they are able to achieve a big improvement on their service level. Thanks!
