The staff were great! As we stayed on the 3rd floor, one of them helped us to carry the luggage to our room. Location is great, walkable to Wuzhen West Area and a lot of eateries nearby. Would consider staying again if we return here.

The hotel is lovely and beautifully designed. Very close to the scenic area. Upon departure, we even received a little gift. Very kind! Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay here - the place is really tranquil in nature, no noise from the street at night just the usual noise from children staying at the hotel. Perfect place to relax. The hotel is close to nearby restaurants and has a parking lot available for free which is convenient. The breakfast is a set Chinese meal, but can really be improved. The room is spacious, well kept and the terrace was pleasant. Overall a good choice for the weekend to visit the Ancient Town (also very close to the hotel). The staff don't speak English but can assist you on WeChat.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff ! You can go to visit the scenic area of Wuzhen by feet. The hotel is conveniently located, can order food very quickly. I will recommend staying there, good value for money!

Located behind the main streets, the hotel is pretty quiet, except for the early morning refuse collection, which I doubt the hotel can do much about! Our twin room was on the ground floor, which meant we needed to keep the curtains closed for privacy, making the room dark. The open plan layout of the bathroom and sleeping area made the room a bit damp. The stairwell outside of our room was also cluttered. So overall, whilst everything was fine, our experience was not quite perfect. The grounds are however a lovely space to hang out. Breakfast was a set Chinese meal, tasty and filling. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the East and West tourist areas.

臨時天氣原因航班取消，打發一天時間無意發現的酒店，比預期更驚喜
設施：很漂亮Ins風，很適合度假。小院子裏有獨立的泡池很舒服
衞生：乾淨
環境：游泳池晚上很漂亮，可惜現在不開放。夏天真想下去游泳
服務：服務很熱情，及時響應，幫忙拿行李

全部實拍，環境很好，適合小住，老闆很熱情，幫忙拿行李，照顧很周到，臨別還贈送小禮物🎁。房間很乾凈，也沒有異味！距離西柵和東柵都不遠，走步均在10分鐘之內！周邊有瑞幸、西柵景區對面有羅森，簡直太方便了！！

這次是全家出遊，定了兩間帶獨立院子的，最愛帶院子或陽台的房間，坐在院子裏喝茶聊天太愜意了，前台的小姑娘和保潔阿姨都很客氣，辦入住的時候還貼心的給我發了烏鎮旅遊攻略，晚上又幫我們換蚊香，有問題反應，都很及時來回復，民宿公共區域晚上很漂亮。退房的時候還送了退房小禮物，感謝哈！唯一美中不足的就是沒有早飯😛不過確實是走一分鐘的地方就有早飯了。對於我們這種習慣在酒店吃早餐的就有點遺憾了😛總體感覺很好！
