reservation was really easy. Stuff were friendly. there were many of us at the same time to register but the receptionist was very kind and helpful. we have travelled a lot and never really encountered such kind receptionist.valet was helpful. coming back and plan to stay same place again. such a great experience.

While others express dislike for being a dry (no alcohol) and non-smoking ******, for my family, the food, pool, clean rooms, along with noted restrictions were truly what we needed to feel at peace, safe, and welcome.

Place was ok if you just want to gamble. No place for breakfast at hotel during the week and nothing real close by. Shower was so so, have had better at different hotels in same price range.

First stay for us and we will be back! Check in was extremely smooth and front desk staff were so nice and friendly! Good workout facilities, pool area and we loved our suite. GREAT value for what you get!

Was an up and down stay for 1 night March 17. When we arrived we were told the room wasn't ready and to come back at 4:00. After driving 5 1/2 hours to get there not the best way to start. Then we went to get a players card which took forever! Then we found out it was a dry ******, no alcohol...um excuse me!! No where did I see this was a dry hotel. It may be posted somewhere but I didn't see it. Not the end of the world though for just one night. We went back to check in just before 4 and the room was ready. It was a nice room with a great view of the mountains. Went to use the phone to call my parents who were in a different room and the phone didn't work, that's when I noticed how dusty and dirty things were.....THEN went down to eat, not many options but we decided to eat at the former buffet which is now a sit down restaurant. Had to order before we sat down which was strange but again no big deal. Most the food was ok except the hot turkey sandwich which had to be returned because the turkey was gross, the gravy and the mashed potatoes were cold. She was told she could order something else but it had to be the same cost (which only a few items qualified) im like screw that, order what you want and we pay the difference. She chose something which was the same price. The rest of the night was fine, gaming was fun. Lots of options, we slept fine and checkout was a breeze. Would we go back?.....maybe but it wouldn't be at the top of the list.

I was extremely surprised by this hotel and ******. It’s beautiful and the rooms were excellent. Nice and quite very clean and plush. And it’s way nicer than Wildhorse ****** and cheaper room rates even on a weekend! I’ll be going back. Five Stars

Beautiful view of Mt. Adams & Mt. Rainier from my huge 4th flor room window. ****** is clean and fun. Great eating options.

This is our second stay here. First time was great all around. This time not as much. The ****** area is very clean, no issues there. The do put some type of air freshener, scent in their ventilation the is over powering at time. To the point you can taste it. Not good. The food selection could be better. Now the room we had this time. It appeared to be nice and clean and everything you needed. Until we turned down the bed to find stained sheets on the bed. Also only decaf coffee for the coffee machine, which had a used pod in it. No sugar or creamer packs. Also the room was set up for 3 people but had only 1 wash cloth. So room for improvement there.

It states that rollaways are availible. Due to a medical issue we asked for one and were told that we couldn’t have one. Towels weren’t replaced and we asked for some which we had to call the next day because they never showed up. Took 2 days to get them. The 3 rd day no room service again even when we put the room service sign out. Staff never answered the phone when we called. Counter top was broken and I ripped my jacket on it
