The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

這個酒店屬於度假酒店，不屬於傳統的四星級商務酒店，有很多英國度假旅行團，出門就是海灘。房間很大並單獨帶一個起居室，各項服務中規中矩，也沒有傳説中的不堪，從價格來看可以接受。

Mainly French residents! They seem to have special ‘get togethers ‘ with the reps ! Drinks are horrible , cheap And nasty ! Food is lovely and rooms cleaned everyday ! The front of the hotel looks amazing , I was looking forward toSitting watching the world go by ! BUT You can’t use this area unless you pay 25euros a DAY to Upgrade to gold ! I did not see that mentioned anywhere when booking ! I did not see one person sitting g there so it’s not working ! We were in the Andelusian suite , dated and needs a deep clean !

It was super relaxing, really friendly staff. Great pool and very clean, and great entertainment. Food is really good and nice cocktails. Very warm and not too long of a walk to the shops , with gifts And food and drink. Overall very good and I highly recommend

FIRSTLY @bigfishlittlefish09 you was either staying at a different hotel or you work for another hotel or you could just be one of life’s moaners Great hotel staff amazing they work their socks off and always with a smile on their faces, always plenty to do with activities for adults and children,the Andalusian rooms are dated and could do with updating but they do the job and the cleaners come every day,food is ok always found something to eat the snack bar is excellent and spotless the chefs hygiene is impeccable they clean the grills after every order and they do 100s a day, animation team is fantastic the best I’ve seen to be honest, this is our 3rd visit and already can’t wait for our 4th keep up the great work only one negative we missed Arg this year he was busy at a different hotel

This hotel was very clean but some decoration would go a long way to improve it. Food wasn't brilliant, typical all inclusive. Partner got food poisoning. Restaurant was closed between breakfast/lunch/dinner and closed straight after dinner. I'm disabled and hired a wheelchair for the week, unfortunately we struggled with the lifts, it was a tight squeeze to say the least. .nightly entertainment wss basically kids disco until 9.30pm or later and nothing much after that for adults and pool bar, where the entertainment was, closed by 10.30/11.00 and that was entertainment over. Some changes need to be made I'm afraid but didnt didnt let it spoil my holiday
