The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

這個酒店屬於度假酒店，不屬於傳統的四星級商務酒店，有很多英國度假旅行團，出門就是海灘。房間很大並單獨帶一個起居室，各項服務中規中矩，也沒有傳説中的不堪，從價格來看可以接受。

Just returned from a week at this fantastic hotel with my family and what an amazing holiday we had. The hotel was spotless and our rooms were cleaned everyday, the housekeeping staff were so friendly and always greeted us with a smile and hello. Reception staff were extremely helpful and polite, they knew everything we needed to know for our holiday. The all inclusive buffet was nice with a few theme nights through the week, the tables were cleared quickly and cleaned by the hard working staff. We also really enjoyed the snack bar with the freshly cooked food. The drinks were great and for an all inclusive hotel the cocktails were actually quite nice (I’ve certainly had worse) the bar staff were hard working and very friendly. The Animation staff were the absolute making of this hotel, they work continuously through the day and night to ensure that we had the best holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed all the activities during the day and shows in the evening, the foam party was brilliant and they made sure that everyone was invited from the youngest to the oldest. Although all the animation team were great we really felt that Moana and Diogo really were the making of our holiday, they were constantly engaging and entertaining and great ambassadors for this hotel, because of this we will certainly be returning soon. Thank you guys, see you soon

Excellent entertainment team so friendly. The team made us feel sp welcome n included us in activities n joined in the fun. Couldn't recommend it highly enough! Activities for adults and kids or both at same time. The shows are phenomenal. The food is so varied so something for everyone. And the snack bar n bar are great!

Fantastic stay at the puente real hotel so welcoming staff are so helpful meals are funtastic the funtastic team are great with the kid's outstanding entertainment every day and night you don't even need to leave the hotel it's like vibrant village with always something funtastic going on a big thank you to Bruno hotel reception and argey entertainment manager and all the staff from Chris on the mobility scooter thanks guys definitely be back outstanding hotel

The Animation team are amazing! They make the holiday fun and enjoyable for all. Activities and stuff to do throughout the day, all staff are very friendly. Very close to shops and restaurants, the sea view topped it off! Room is very clean and I would definitely recommend and we will be coming here again in the future.
