Hotel Puente Real

The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

this is a great family hotel, we made so many friends, lovely friendly environment!! the entertainment team went above and beyond to make it such fun, especially the kids loved diego🤩 really recommend this place, definitely coming again:)

There is no way this hotel is 4*. The food is tasteless and boring. Restaurant feels like a canteen- incredibly busy, noisy and the food never changes. Breakfast and snack bar okay, but evening food is absolutely appalling. The first room we had was disgusting. Dark, stained and dingy, overlooking a wasteland. We were moved quickly and the second room was nice. The pool is so overcrowded, basically laying right next to everyone and if you haven’t put your towel out by 9am it’s very difficult to find a small number of sunbeds together. The pool area is also incredibly noisy. The location of the hotel is good and the beach lovely. This saved our trip! Spent most of the holiday out of the hotel and eating out. The fact you can only sit at the front of the hotel to eat if you’re a gold member is insane!! One bar inside the hotel stops serving all inclusive at 11pm. Queued for this bar from 10.40 and got served by the one barman at 11.05 and told we had to pay for our drinks as it was after 11?! The holiday was summed up by our final day; we were told we could use the courtesy room in the evening for our late flight then when we went to use it we were told the hotel was overbooked and the room no longer available so we had to fly home covered in sand. If we’d known this from the start of the day we wouldn’t have gone to the beach (although not sure what else we would have done because there was no space to sit at the pool or the inside bar). They told us we could use the pool showers but these were incredibly dirty and smelt like drains. There was also no where in there to put a bag or even a towel other than the floor so not really an option! The restaurant was also covered in bird poo as birds are constantly flying around. We saw some guests feeding pigeons from the side of the pool so no wonder there is bird poo round the edges and floating on the pool water! Lots of areas in the hotel need repairing- banisters hanging off, leaking ceilings and broken hand dryers no fixed for days. I would not return to this hotel in a million years!

What can i say, this hotel is 5 star in every single way! The food, the housekeeping staff, and best of all the entertainment staff. Celia & Diago not only made the holiday for our kids but they made it for us as well. They are friendly, fun and just amazing! The life guard Lorenzo was brilliant with the kids as well. And Robert, the photographer, brilliant. If you are after a fun break away as a family or couple this is the place to be! There is a French entertainment team (red and white uniform) and a Spanish, English, Dutch entertainment team (yellow and Blue uniform) - for those that feel it is very French. All entertainment and stage introductions are done in multiple languages so its is also very inclusive. Thank you for making our first family holiday so incredible x

Rooms and main facilities barely OK. Pool area, restaurant and bars are far too crowded. The staff is great (a 5 of 5), but you'll find that it's far easier to get a (half) pint of beer than a water bottle. More of a cash machine than a relaxing place to be. Seems like it's designed to generate cash from the brits.
