Myself & husband & our two boys are currently enjoying our last night at MS aguamarina. We have all had a fantastic 11 days/ nights. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, 2 minutes from the beach and busy promenade. Easy access to buses & metro station. Shop right next door for all essentials. The hotel had a fantastic outdoor pool, with plenty of sunbeds, no need to rush put towels down early. Pool bar with snacks , all reasonably priced. A fantastic whirlpool on the roof top, with plenty of loungers . Brilliant views over Torromolinos. We were half board, the food was fantastic & there was something to suit all. Great variety at every breakfast & evening meal. We all thoroughly enjoyed all our meals. A huge thank you to the restaurant manager. He was always so warm & welcoming to all the guests & always had a smile on his face. All the restaurant staff & chefs worked so hard every day , thank you. We were in room 114, a massive room that overlooked the pool. Huge comfortable bed & a fantastic shower! The housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotless and again were always so polite and happy & worked so hard too. Thank you. On our last day, there was an emergency incident that all guests had to stay in by the pool area, the management, catering staff, bar staff, house keeping staff, holiday reps all worked around the clock to keep us all safe, with lunch & water provided for us all free of charge. Thankfully, no one was hurt & that is a credit to all the hotel management & staff looking after us all. We as a family can't thank you enough, as we know how stressful it must have been allocating new rooms & the cleaning up afterwards! Well done for your professionalism during a difficult situation. We look forward to holidaying with you again soon. Fabulous hotel & staff.

only down side to this hotel was the repeated absence of staff at the only place for drinks of any kind, during the day. Coffee, beer etc etc would often take 15 mins to arrive ,after waiting the same time for the barman to arrive. VERY POOR The building work on the hotel next door (which we were warned about) was very loud and lasted all day, we did not realise how close it was If you visit this place, wait until the work is complete and go when all the facilities are fully available i.e. pool bar for refreshments. Restaurant staff were very helpful and cheerful

We were very disappointed with this hotel first of all the room is like a self catering room, which is very odd and the most smallest balcony with no view, looking at a wall that we had to pay extra for !! And not much of a spa just a small swimming pool indoors, very strong smell of chlorine with just children playing in it no sauna or steam room, And a small swimming pool outside, which also has limited sunbeds and just as a family child’s swimming pool there is a Jacuzzi on the top floor but when we arrived it was not working We did tell reception and the next day it was working, but also children like to use this as a swimming pool and the food was very disappointing not good quality and not a lot of options and very small very old-fashioned dining room, tea and coffee machine available. Lots of little bugs on the side and when I poured some water for the tea it wasn’t a good colour so we avoid tea and coffee in the morning. The orange juice was not fresh orange juice either. We did complain to the manager who was very abrupt and not at all helpful and quite rude. So if you are looking for a good hotel, I would avoid this one.

We had the amazing 4 nights at this amazing hotel!! From the moment we walked through the doors we were treated like royalty!! Every single staff member that we came across were so polite, welcoming and helpful!! Our rooms were spotless and beautiful! The breakfast selection was fantastic too. The views of the sea were a real treat too!! The location of the hotel is fantastic for all amenities!! We will definitely be back again!!

We booked last minute for 6 nights B+B to get away from the horrible British weather. When we arrived to check in we were told they had a fire earlier that day and we were unable to check in. Totally out of their hands so whilst a bit of a pain, they moved us to one of their sister hotels (MS Amaragua) and paid for our taxi. We spent two nights there before they kindly arranged to have us back and we checked in for the remaining 4 nights. We are so glad we came back as we could have stayed at Amaragua. This is a lovely, relatively quiet, hotel. It's modern and clean. The staff are all lovely. Breakfast good. Pool clean and plenty of sunbeds so no need to rush down at the crack of dawn which is a plus! We would happily stay again!
