El hotel está muy bien, buena ubicación, comodidad, las vistas y todo perfecto. Comida rica. Pero lo realmente DESTACABLE es el personal, son muy agradables, amables en todo momento, muy eficientes. Desde que entramos por la puerta en recepción nos han explicado todo fenomenal y todos los empleados son un amor. Volveremos seguro. Muchas gracias por todo ❤️

Easy online check in, making easier the arrival. We arrived before check in time but room was ready, what was great. Main issue, the food. There is not huge variety, quality just there. Even offering two "special" restaurants for dinner, we tried only one, the one offering Andaluz food, that to be honest, offered same buffet available in the general restaurant for all day lunch. Not any real local experience. Then we decided to eat in the town the rest of the days. Breakfast is OK.
Clean and tidy rooms, hotel very well located. Not too much to say about evening entertainment, just basic.
Probably our fault, but we didn't know in advance, seems that main target clients are retirees and families with small kids, so probably not the best place for couples of our age.

Very clean and good staff. Soundproofing in rooms wasn’t too good. All inclusive food was quite mediocre. Some very good parts, yes, but mostly quite ”factorish”.

The hotel was spotless and immaculate. The service in all areas throughout was fabulous. Great a**osphere especially in the lobby bar area. Good choice of food and a wide range of different spaces and areas to relax and enjoy.

The hotel certainly had the wow factor personally think it should be 5 star. Food was average but lots of variety would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was not at all crowded for this period. Very friendly staff and good service. The food was not to oir liking i guess thqt is what you getbat an all inclusive resort. So we did eat outside the hotel. Other than the food, it was a very nice experience
