Palm Beach Club Apartamentos Carihuela

My husband and I loved absolutely everything about Palm beach appointments. Apartments so cool Real cool homey rustic ikea vibe Location brilliant Everything on doorstep We took train to Malaga Marbella and Nerja for day trips Rail system second to none and Torremolinos brilliant base for exploring especially palm beach as only 10 minute to train station from here All the staff are amazing From manager to the very kind cleaning lady But the top comment of this review has without a shadow of a doubt has to be awarded to 5 star Tomy the amazing Manager Tomy is most helpful kindest funniest warmest human being He is the face of palm beach His big beautiful smile and instant friendly open personality is something very special Such a massive asset for palm beach Tomy made our wedding anniversary very very special with such wonderful memories I will always be so grateful to Tomy for this But sure we’ll be seeing Tomy again in September so I’ll buy him lots of drinks then to catch up where we left off Tomy the legend of Torremolinos

So my experience with Palm Beach Club Apartments; The staff were very lovely upon arrival and we were welcomed very well. Apartment room wasn’t the total best - only air con in the living room area, non in the bedroom making it very warm in the rooms at night - they’ve had recent repairs (had new plaster) on the wall that hasn’t been painted - bed was very comfortable but was pretty hard to begin with. Apartment areas weren’t the total best either - swimming pool is way to cold to swim in - have to catch the sun at specific times otherwise you miss your chance to sunbath on the sun beds (due to other high building around) - cafe staff don’t speak much English and it is tricky to try to understand - don’t have much on the menu to pick from. I would advise non of my friends to not waste money on something they’re not going to get there value out off - id personally suggest travelling to Turkey. A few suggestions for Palm Beach Club Apartments; - heated swimming pool - cafe needs to add more items to the menu - air conditioning in the bedrooms - repairs (walls painted if they’ve been re plastered) are fully completed before allowing travellers into the room's

Booked this hotel at short notice. Stayed in room 903. Great side sea view. Recently renovated room with everything you needed. Fridge / hob / washing machine/ microwave etc. plenty of space. Room cleaned and towels changed every 3 days. The hotel has an independent cafe / bar serving tapas and snacks at good prices. The hotel is located centrally in Carihuela town about 2 minutes walk from the beach however the downside is that the refuse service and street cleaning start early throughout the night and delivery’s to hotels / shops also start early so little chance of a lie in. Pool is fine but the outlook is bleak as you are overlooked by a derelict building next door and residential/ holiday apartments

I had an absolute lovely time at the beach club appartments. I had a studio appartment and it was perfect fo me, it had a balcony which was great to have. The room was quite big for a studio i was pleasantly surprised . Bathroom was nice and clean and the shower was very powerful. There was a tv in the room which had some English channels. There is a restaurant right next to the appartment which served lovely food and drinks, the staff were very helpful. The beach is only a 5min walk away and it's fabulous, plenty of restaurants and shops around. Now I had to leave the best till last, Thomas at the reception was incredible, he is so friendly and always greats you with a smile, he is an asset to the beach club appartments, (don't ever leave Thomas) I will definitely come back to stay here again, can't wait for my next visit . Thanks to all the staff at the beach club appartments for making my stay very enjoyable.

The PalmBeach was amazing again the cleaning staff do agreat job the place is spotless. The pool area was great. But the star of the show was Tommy at reception what a pleasant and helpful young man. When we were about to check in on the first day of our vacation, we were greeted by an incredibly rude and unpleasant hotel receptionist. She told us that we made 2 reservations, one of which was paid and the other not. I explained that it must have been a mistake as we only made one booking which was paid for. The hotel receptionist did not believe me and said that to get the key to our paid room we had to pay for the other booking. She was extremely rude and had no sense of service at all. She said it was my fault that there were 2 bookings. I immediately contacted the travel company where I bought the trip, who confirmed that I only had a booking in my name. That the hotel made a mistake by placing another booking in my name. They contacted the hotel and explained that the hotel made a mistake by placing 2 bookings in my name. It was a very unpleasant experience and unpleasant start to our holiday. I will never come here again! I love Torremolinos but this hotel has a lot to learn when it comes to service and how to treat customers. Don't come here! När vi skulle checka in första dagen av vår semester blev vi mottagna av en oerhört oförskämd och otrevlig hotellreceptionist. Hon berättade att vi gjort 2 bokningar varav en var betald och den andra inte. Jag förklarade att det måste ha blivit ett misstag då vi endast gjort en bokning vilken var betald. Hotellreceptionisten trodde inte på mig och sa att för att få nyckeln till vårt betalda rum var tvugna att betala för den andra bokningen. Hon var oerhört oförskämd och hade ingen servicekänsla alls. Hon menade att det var mitt fel att det fanns 2 bokningar. Jag kontaktade genast resebolaget där jag köpt resan som bekräftade att jag endast hade en bokning i mitt namn. Att hotellet gjort fel som lagt ytterligare en bokning i mitt namn. De kontaktade hotellet och förklarade att hotellet gjort fel som lagt 2 bokningar i mitt namn. Det blev en mycket obehaglig upplevelse och obehagligt start på vår semester. Jag kommer aldrig mer hit! Jag älskar Torremolinos men det här hotellet har mycket att lära sig när det kommer till service och hur man bemöter kunder. Kom inte hit!
