This is by by far one of the worst customer services hotel experiences I've had, we arrived at 11 pm and it was only at midnight when they were able to deliver us a room. The room was undone, the toilet wasn't clean, no batteries on the TV's remote, and nothing to clean the dishes with (they are supposed to provide this, since we were renting a studio). Since it was so late and many people was waiting for their room keys still after checkin-in over one hour, we decided to stay there on this "undone-unclean" bedroom. They provided us with sheets that night and the next day and even the day after I requested multiple times to get the kitchen cleaning kit (we were staying at a studio) and they would only mimic that they would bring it during the day and nothing ever happened. We never got toilet paper either, they were able to provide the batteries but their TV doesn't connect to their wifi, so it's like not having one. Needless to say that there was never any room service, they never came to clean, and the people who will come after our stay will eat on dishes that were cleaned with water only - I am sure that nobody from their staff will come take care of it. They require a 150 EUR guarantee fee in case of damages, including if we leave the dishes dirty ... so you can understand my frustration. I am still shocked of the poor quality of services, their staff is full of excuses but not of solutions, which I can only imagine comes from poor management. This hotel was oversold and you could see that it was also understaffed. Unfortunately we booked for 3 nights, and I can say that nothing was done to create a better experience or provide the If I can provide any advice is RUN AWAY, there are many hotels with similar services on that same area, and it is not worth the bad experience.
