This is a property past due for serious TLC. Centrally located but not easy to access by car. No valet. Carry your own baggage. Public parking nearby as filthy and smelly as they come. Our welcome gift was a pair of dirty socks in the closet. Towels ragged and rough. Tough bed. Holes in blinds.

We enjoyed a delightful 4-day stay at Hotel Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint-Georges. Its prime location made it easy to explore Toulouse by foot, with most landmarks and restaurants just minutes away. Don't miss the breakfast buffet; it's worth every bite!
A special thanks for accommodating our early check-in request; it made a big difference in our trip. Our room was nice and decently sized for two people, although I do wish the shower was larger and less slippery.
The only disappointment was the unheated pool; it would have significantly enhanced our experience. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay overall.
Also, don't forget to try the charming Argentinian empanadas place right next door called 'El Almacen.' You will not regret it!

I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was my first solo holiday. I can't fault the hotel at all. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great. My room was nice and clean, with air con. I would definitely recommend

At the centre of the town with accessible distance to restaurants, shopping and tourist locations, clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff.

The staff of the hotel were great! Reception got us a great restaurant booking on a Saturday night and Pierre at the bar was very friendly with some fabulous cocktails!
Rooms were a small bit tired looking! But the location in town was excellent! Enjoyed my stay!

Hello
I had a problem with the payment and I got a double payment and even if I noticed at the same minute, they were not able to cash back to me.
After 1 week, they did not return my money.
I am disppointed about it.
