Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti

I chose this location because I had a tour departing from the port at 930A and my bus was arriving from Palermo at 845A. It was a quick 7 minute walk from the bus stop and I was able to drop my bags off and they handed me the keys. Once I came back, I was able to access my room. I was on the top floor and it was a clean room with a clean bathroom. I was able to use the washing machine as well. Doors were tricky to lock but they show you. The only thing as other reviews have said, the stairs were extremely steep to the top floor. As young as I am, my knees hurt a bit with my backpack and my luggage. Either way, beautiful location in the heart of town with lots of food options and a free shuttle to the airport which was wonderful the next day! Great deal included with the hotel stay. The ladies were kind and helped me when I had questions and I appreciate that the most! Thank you!!!

Very cute mini apar**ent with many kitchen amenities. Beautifully done. Great to have the adjoining terrace.

Really lovely holiday apar**ent. Clean and modern room with private bathroom. I had booked an airport transfer through them which went smooth and the driver despite me not speaking Italian tried to explain to me what we saw from the car. The apar**ent is close to the beach Spiaggia delle Mura di Tramontana as well as streets with restaurants and cafés. I only stayed 1 night but can imagine this is also a great place for longer stays - they had a lot of information material for things to do in the surrounding areas available in the room. Wifi worked well and they stored my bags for me for a few hours after check-out.

Location wise is great since is close to the ferry station and to the night life, restaurants, shops, etc. If you are traveling by car the inconvenience comes with the parking. They do not have an onsite parking, the city council offers a parking service so you park the car at Trapani outskirts. Since it is a 10 min drive, they also offer a shuttle service from/to the parking. In regards to the rooms I got, very outdated. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working just fine. The first night I stayed on the first floor and the room was clean and comfortable. The second night I had to move to the last floor, mind the stairs! They are narrow and steep. Luckily they brought my suitcase upstairs since I had to take the ferry at 9am and the room wasn't ready yet. I arrived around 9:30pm and my bag was in the new room, smaller and less comfortable. My disappoin**ent comes with the shower, it was not clean! I found hairs from previous tenants in there... So disgusting! I sent a picture to reception that same evening and I never got an answer nor an apology. Next day I met the cleaning lady on the stairs and she was staring at me without saying a word. She was clearly upset and she was letting me know with her body language. I saw the receptionist at the parking, when I went to pick up my car. I was surprised to see her working there too, she didn't mention anything in regards to the picture I sent her. Overall I am just very disappointed.

This is an OK 3 star hotel/apar**ent. Very good location, but have to park the car very far away. There is a shuttle service but using it is a hassle. There is no elevator, so you have to take your things up. No help offered. Bed is OK for a couple of nights. Good air conditioning.

Very cute apar**ents. Had 2. One of them the AC did not work. Great location for restaurants and walking around. No parking on site. Nice apar**ents to stay with comforts of home.

Nice place , close to everything

Appartamento super centrale. Parcheggio custodito compreso nel prezzo, con navetta da/a. Proprietari molto disponibili. La pulizia potrebbe migliorare. La posizione centrale porta con sé l’inconveniente del rumore e schiamazzi fino a notte inoltrata, e lo scarso isolamento acustico della struttura non aiuta purtroppo. Voto 4/5.

Attention! Immeuble ancien sans ascenseur et sans personne pour monter les bagages. Pose un problème pour les anciens et personnes a mobilité réduites (ce qui était le cas) . A savoir: les chambres se trouvent au dessus d’un restaurant.
