Baymont by Wyndham Traverse City

People at the front desk are great very happy helpful people been staying every weekend for about a month now love coming here

I love how easy going and friendly the staff was, they were quick and prompt to address any needs by me and my partner. Booked a 1 King Suite. Looked cleaned aside from MANY questionable white, and dark oily stsins in the pullout in our suite and the smokey odor, I believe it was a smoke free room however. Hardly any towels were supplied in our room which led us to ask for multiple sets of towels during our stay, but no big deal, easy fix. Bathroom was a decent size and nice set up, loved the stand in shower. There was however hair all over the walls and on the floor in the shower as well as on the toilet seat. Things get missed, it happens at the end of a busy week. Pool also had lots of hair in it so we didnt swim our first night, which was no big deal as we only went for the hot tub the first night which was perfect and relaxing. Pool was clean next day but was very salty and dried the skin out quickly. Guessing just too much bromine. I hate to sound like one of those guests as i used to do hotel work myself. It was truly a good stay and we scored a quiet and decent sized room that happened to be away from everyone else. Not sure if i'd stay here again but I wouldn't say anything against it. Yuh get what yuh pay for and they are at least very sweet and helpful staff. Plus on the good standard breakfast options. Juice, bagels, yogurt, cereal with milk options and a waffle maker. Some fruit, fruit cups, and hard boiled eggs. Not bad at all.

Came to traverse city with my wife Susan for Christmas shopping. The checkin was easy and the staff are great!!! However the bathroom was falling apart. The ceiling was cracked and falling apart the shower had leaked and the caulk job was horrible.

Staff at desk were not welcoming. Room lighting was poor, Used towels (not mine) were left in the 3rd floor corridor from about 4pm through 7:30 the next morning. Bed was OK.

There was bugs and spiders in one of our rooms and then in our other room there were black hairs all over the shower and towels the hot tub and pool were not clean they both had hair floating in them the person who checked us in was rude this was my worst hotel stay ever

The rooms were clean. We were there with Friends and their room door did not lock when you closed it. You could push the door and it would open. Front staff for most of our stay was never available. Breakfast was awful.

Paul at the front desk was amazing...Very nice and helpful...The room was really clean ...Enjoyed our stay...Will stay again...

Room and service were great. Pool was in pretty bad shape and not properly cleaned in a while. Pool had floaties on the surface of the water and clumps of hair all over.

Room was not clean Found towels under the bed from the previous people staying there. Called front multiple times for towels no answer had to go up front desk and get towels. Stayed 2 nights room service never came to clean our room
