Our third time here and still the best value in Treasurer Island. Clean, nice free breakfast and a quick check in. Close to great restaurants and the beach across the street. Had a marina view.

I reserved a gulf view which was more expensive than a standard room. When I checked in the front desk said Trip.com booked a standard room and they didn’t have any gulf view rooms left. So they told me to contact Trip.com for refund on room.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The elevator was down which did not make things easy. We stayed on the marina side and it was quiet. Overall the hotel had been maintained well and we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent, right next to a Waffle House, ice cream ahop and Dunkin. Across the street from public beach entrance. Very good staff!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location to easily walk to bars and dining. Shower in room was broke and poorly designed

The property is good . My reservation was messed up for our second day and we received a call while we were hours away on an excursion. They had said they were going to pack our items and hold them for us . I said I would still stay there and would handle everything when we returned. They said ok and they would call back to confirm. When got back they did not hold us a room nor did they call back .We were stuck with no place to go as they said they were now booked out .The General manager Brenda had left instructions that we would be called later and partially refunded for the parking and deposit. We are still waiting for the call and refund.

Great location, however Hot Tub was broken and Pool was freezing. Tiffany at the front desk was AMAZING!!
