Well we were very excited about coming to this complex as it is new and has good reviews.we have been coming to Cyprus 45 years visiting our Turkish Cypriot family. We usually stay in kyrenia area but thought we would try the courtyard. We arrived Sunday and there was no cot for our baby. Asked every day and they said at reception the hotel was full and no cots available. They knew we were arriving with a baby. BUY MORE COTS ITS SIMPLE. No room service had to ask on Thursday for clean towels and sheets WHY? SUNDAY again had to ask in morning for room to be cleaned. 6 o'clock not done,back to reception. Housekeeping finished. It's very bad service We paid a lot of money for this holiday and so far have been very disappointed. We have another week yet. The hotel should have more English speaking staff the amount of English speaking visitors here. Also a good idea would be to have a canopy over the children's play area. It's in full sun and the baby pool has no shade either. I would not recommend this complex just yet it needs improvements

The main reason this place gets 5 stars is because of Elena Cengizer on reception-there were several issues we encountered that were pretty frustrating, but she was always able to resolve them quickly and professionally-she really was amazing. The resort itself is super clean and well kept, and a very pleasant place to stay. The restaurant is nice enough, but there are definitely much nicer options if you head outside the area. But all in all, a really pleasant stay, made all the better thanks to Elana-thanks Elena!

Brilliant hotel for families and couples. Located on the road up to iskele. Pools are huge and the hotel has all of the amenities and services of which you could need. Massively recommend the place to anyone.

Hotel with big potential to be perfect. Rooms are big and nice, there is fantastic pool with facilities for kids but wather was dirty. Restaurant is nice but food is just avarage and low quality wines are only available. Area around is all under construction

It’s a really nice place for the family. The room and everything was really good. If you want a sunbed you really need to get out of the bed during the night…there was two days while the kids pools with the slides was not working and that was not good since we booked mainly for that reason.

Me and my family really enjoyed staying at courtyard, very modern apar**ent and complex. It has a great bar and restaurant and a mini supermarket on site. I would also like to thank the lifeguard Ismail, who taught my 8 year old son how to swim. I would highly recommend this complex and look forward to staying here again soon.

Nice resort for children, huge pool with slides. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were huge with good appliances. The only problems we had were that the rooms smelt bad, stuffy and at times there was a smell coming from the drains. Secondly, the room overlooked two appar**ents being built, so the balcony was very dusty with no table.

Bu güne kadar Kıbrıs'ta yemiş olduğum en güzel kahvaltı diyebilirim. Görselde de görüldüğü gibi harika sunum eşliğinde mükemmel lezzetler yiyebileceğiniz garsonların sıcak güler yüzlü ve hızlı hizmet veren bir mekan. Önce gözünüzün sonra karnınızın doyacağı bir yer. Bunun dışında bu kadar eşsiz ve leziz yemekleri havuz başında yeme fırsatı buluyorsunuz. Tüm söylediklerimizi tek kelime ile ifade edecek olursak; Tek kelime ile eşsiz..
