Everything was clean and our room had new memory foam mattresses. Check-in was quick and efficient. For the price point its hard to complain about anything.

I made a mistake. I forgot when I got to the hotel that after midnight (1:30am) a booking on ******* counts for the same day, but check in is at 3pm. So I would have had to wait until 3pm to go into my room. If you check in after midnight, you need to technically book for yesterday to sleep in the room.
Example: reserve room: 11pm Jan 1 instant check in. Check out: Jan 2nd 11am
Me: check in 1:30 am Jan 2nd. You have to wait until 3pm the same day to enter the room.
I ate my ******* booking fee because I was traveling so even though I was there 1:30am Jan 2nd, I had to reserve the room as if I showed up Jan 1st to stay. So i paid for 2 nights and stayed for one.

The man who checked us in made me feel very uncomfortable. He was not welcoming or informative at all. Then in the morning, house keeping started banging at our door at 10am. Check out wasn’t until 11am and we had a long trip so we were wanting to sleep in as long as possible but housekeeping knocked at our door about 5 different times starting at 10 and was trying to rush us out. When we finally walked out of the room at the check out time the housekeeper was very annoyed towards us and rude. Don’t set a check out time for a certain time when you’re not going to stick to it a rush people out.

There is a ***** mall so I was able to get the Uhaul and car trailer parked. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Thank you

I was told by the front desk clerk that the construction workers staying there were quiet in the morning. She must be a hearing impaired because I was awakened at 5:30 by slamming doors. The breakfast is below average. The room was adequate.

Was given a middle of the second floor room (up the stairs and approx. 70' after they were told that I have a hard time walking. The coffee maker didn't pump water through. The shower was great - hot and forceful. I would stay again if guaranteed first floor and close to the entery door.

Amenities were not great. All they provided was soap and shampoo. Trash cans don’t even have liners in them. We had key cards but our door didn’t actually lock. We didn’t leave our room together because anyone could have entered our room while we were gone.

The lady working was very friendly. We chit chatted while she checked me in. Apparently the day I visited was the first time it rained in a few months. The room was very clean. I had plenty of towels. The water in the shower was very hot and the bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised the room didn’t smell like cigarette smoke or ****. Great stay.
