My partner and I had a very comfortable place and the hotel is also conveniently located that we can pop back anytime in the middle of the day to rest up for a bit. And not forgetting to mention the awesome view from our room's balcony!!

Wonderful place to stay in Sapa. Everything is superb, respectful and friendly staffs, great communication, tasteful food. We have a lovely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Location is a bit out of the city center but that makes it less crowded, much quieter. Our room with valley view has a fantastic view of the rice fields down below and the Fansipan Summit across the valley. Breakfast has a lot of different varieties of food.

This time with friends. It was my first time to visit SAPA. Thank you to the beautiful receptionist at the hotel for introducing the SAPA itinerary in detail. My friend and I felt that she was very kind and we were able to stay in our favorite room type. It was a pity that the wonderful experience ended on the last day. After checking out, we had to go from the hotel to the bus back to Hanoi. The hotel explained in advance that the taxi price was 40,000 VND. The hotel helped us call a taxi to leave. When we arrived at the bus station, the driver charged us 100,000 VND. Vietnamese dong, this makes me feel sad😫. I hope the hotel staff can help foreign tourists next time, communicate with the local taxi driver about the amount, and confirm it again before getting in the car. Otherwise, this experience scares me, but the overall facilities of the hotel and the food The order & staff service made me and my friends willing to visit again if we have a vacation in December ❤️
