Really need to decorate your pool bar .. Looks like the county jail..... New and More drawers in the rooms

Beautiful desert gardens.
Since it is already pricy & they also charge a daily resort fee it was annoying to be nickel & dimed on everything else. They had Guacamole & S’mores nights but sadly were not complimentary

The views are amazing the fitness center great! The lobby could use an update. Food was good but could just use some improvements to make this property top notch.

Staff members at the front desk were rude and unwelcoming. I don’t think we fit the demographic for the guests that stay at this property so they didn’t care much to help us with our questions about the amenities offered and extending our stay. Disappointing to say the least, because this was a beautiful place to stay. Wish we could’ve stayed another night but the front desk was unwilling to help us find an available room. Twice they referred me to ******* and to search other websites for availability on their property. I’ve never encountered this disconnect when trying to extend a stay.

Charged me for my room but insisted it didn’t go through, even upon showing the charge to my account in my bank app. They ran my card 8 times after that without my knowledge and rang my room incessantly asking for updated card. I spent my morning on the phone with my bank getting the approval code for their accountant. Great property but I couldn’t even call down for room service without a new card being mentioned. I was charged the initial time it was run. They got the proof and my 500 dollars. Won’t stay there again

Great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Convenient location near restaurants and shops. Only disappointment was golf course was closed for a tournament but many courses nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at La Paloma – the staff were the best ever! Celia and Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay very special amazing customer service, and so very warm and welcoming. They really made our stay. Thank you!

Very comfortable, loved the multiple pools and hot tubs. Unfortunately, the mineral pool and adults only pool heaters were not working, so they were unusable. Our TV did not work, but we loved the location so it was acceptable. All the staff was very helpful and pleasant
