The coffee place had not ability to make hot chocolate and we had to tell management about a dirty towel and poor drainage in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect . But the only bad is that all the noises for the outside . The elevator . Nextdoor wake me all night.

The bar close to the pool was closed and we were told we could get a drink in the casino,but u are not allowed in the ****** with a swimsuit on,which was not told to us.staff said we could and the manager said no.

Very nice room, clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Friendly staff, nice location, close to airport but there was no plane noise to speak of. We would stay here again!

The service was absolutely phenomenal from check in to check out and everything in between. The rooms were quiet beds were soft and comfortable we loved the walk in showers and we especially enjoyed the room service.

Stayed here multiple times always friendly staff quiet hotel. Food is always good and a nice ******.

We stayed in the Superior King Room. The beds were described as pillow top but were the most uncomfortable beds I have every slept in. There was a hard pillow top and the bed bounced like a trampoline. The pillows were small and squished like meatballs. There wasn't a blanket on the bed or in the room. There were literally 3 top sheets instead of a blanket. We had to request a blanket on our second night.
The staff was really good. Everything was very clean. The bar was only open until 8pm, gift shop until 6pm and the breakfast had really bad coffee.
We won't stay again. I would rather stay at a hotel that I know is comfortable and has the free breakfast option. It would be worth it to drive a small way to get to the ******. You cannot get to the ****** unless you walk around the outside of the building.

Friendly staff and nice hot tub. Pool was too cold to swim in. Coffee bar downstairs was nice for the morning. Room was spacious but the beds were not very comfortable. ****** was lots of fun.

Rooms were good, clean and quiet. No place to have breakfast in hotel. We had to go to the food court for breakfast. Terrible, greasy food and food preparation was zero. Lost my appetite real quick. We tried the coffee bar. Waffle was terrible, the manager refunded our money.
