We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym were great. Reception desk was friendly and efficient.

Good location for airport stopover in Melbourne. Efficient shuttle transport to and from airport. Service fine but stayed for 3 nights and cleaning was not done every day

Beautiful room. Unfortunately, I did not have a wall adapter for my USB electronics and there was none available at the front desk. However, they graciously let me charge my phone at their desk, super nice.
The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was good. They treated it as a 5-star restaurant and I was able to charge my meal to my room, super nice.
I would definitely stay there again.

It was nice stay. The room was very clean and renovated. The location was great. It is only 15 mins walk to the airport but The free pick up service to airport was really helpful. I’d love to stay again if I visit Melbourne again.

Really convenient if you have morning flight. They provide free airport transfer on the request basis. Unfortunately there was a group of students staying in the same floor with us and they was banging the door and have a loud chat on the corridor.
We just stay for less than 8 hours, so we did not check other facilities.
