The room was very clean and comfortable and everyone was professional, polite and very friendly .. we will be staying here again!

The room was dirty, front of toilet had throw up on it, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, the bed was hard as a rock. The carpet was torn up. The coffee maker had an old coffee filter in it. Popcorn seeds in the floor and on the oven.

Check in agent was less than attentive…on her phone on a personal call while we waited/“assisted” us. Only to get to our room to find she didn’t key one of our cards correctly. Rest of the stay was fine. Sofa was very comfortable!

Hotel was clean and well taken care of, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was average. Th pool area was nice and the pool was fine, but the hot tub had some sort of thick suds covering the surface that smelled really strong. The room was clean and well appointed, but the mattresses were very cheap and bouncy feeling. Overall, it was good and we would stay again.

There was bugs in our first room we were moved to a second room where the shower curtain rod was pulled off the wall.

Was a good hotel but was a little avoided that when we called to get bedding for sofa bed we were told she couldn’t leave the desk but when we arrived at desk she wasn’t there and waited several minutes for her to return to desk.

They gave our room which we needed away to another family and I had to sleep on the ground. We asked the staff was rude about their mistake

Found multiple pieces of trash on my floor seconds after entering room for the first time. There were multiple burnt out lightbulbs. There was hair on the shower walls. Key cards would randomly stop working and we were forced to get new ones every couple of days. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty, with visible brown colored matter floating in the hot tub. There were multiple bandaids and a mask on the floor in the pool area. Multiple windows were broken and missing screens.
