Place was nice. Could have been cleaner. The worst thing was the bad bearing in the AC unit. Kept screaming every 15 - 20 minutes either waking us up or keeping us awake all night both nights. We told them about it and nothing was done. They did offer to move us at 11:00 pm the second night. Still waiting for a refund.

had room neighbors that were noisy and listening to loud music, reported to the front desk and could not move rooms. Advertised breakfast but there was no coffee and food was picked over with not much left at 9 am. No hot water for a morning shower. Front desk said they could do nothing about it. Frustrating experience to say the least.

Great location for attending a concert at the BOK Center. Hotel was fine, clean and friendly people. Room (especially bathroom) needs updating.

It was quiet, clean, parking right in front for free. Breakfast smelled so good but was not able to try it this time.

We were here for a concert at the BOK center and this was a great location. It was a 5-6 minute walk. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly.

The thing that stood out for me was the friendliness and exuberance of the front desk employees. They made us feel like VIP’s. Check in was a breeze. Our room was terrific. Comfortable and clean. The climate control in our room was good and the beds and bedding comfortable. We ate dinner and had some drinks at the Placery, their onsite restaurant and bar. A little pricey, but pretty much what you’d expect at a hotel. The young lady working the bar was super nice and friendly. She was working on her own during happy hour and really could have used some help. The complimentary breakfast was good and the lady working it was friendly and helpful. She kept everything well stocked. Checkout was just as easy as checking in. We were in town to see the Eagles and Steely Dan at the BOK Center, which we were able to walk to. Should we make our way over that direction again, we will absolutely consider staying here again.

It was a nice experience for me an my girlfriend the only 2 things that was issue for us was the parking an no microwave in the room or downstairs in the breakfast area.

Free street parking on weekends ! We Had no issue with finding a spot . Close to BOK. Room large and clean .
