Amazing experience! The resort was beautiful and the service was perfect! William, Maria, Gustavo, Omar and so many others took great care of us. Pau ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Massages at the spa were wonderful. Enjoyed the food, drinks, beach, our room….all of it!

We loved everything. From the valet parking to the service on the beach. Actually had one of our best meals in Mexico for lunch… Most of all the people that work here make you feel special, welcomed and pampered. A special “bravo” to María!! Wonderful woman. Also an applause to Walter. We’re not hotel guests but have been here at the beachclub a couple of times. Definitely coming back when in Tulum and will advise friends and family to stay in this resort.

I went here with some friends on our first trip to Tulum. We were helped by some very helpful guests, one being named Rafael. If you want a somewhat affordable, organized time on the beach, I highly recommend this place for those visiting when they come.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very roomy and luxurious- the entire staff was very welcoming- Rafael and his beachside margaritas were especially amazing! Will definitely come back to this property in Tulum

I didn’t stay at the hotel but visited the restaurant for brunch and breakfast and the service was amazing! Our server on the first day was Maria and she was so good we had to come back the following day! The food drinks and service were top notch. When I come back to Tulum I’ll be staying at this hotel! Thank you Maria for making our visit memorable

The waiter gave us the ultimate dining experience for lunch/supper. We were rewarded with the best that the waiter had to offer. Fantastic service, food and atmosphere. We had the Tuna and Octopus carpaccio, and the octopus was the freshest we’ve ever had in the region. The waiter then guided us for the best dining experience of all time. And we finished our meal off with the best coffee martini, of course I asked for Mocha to be drizzled on top. Guys and gals if you want to enjoy something with the best service in the area, come here; you will not be disappointed.

Our stay was amazing! Paola at concierge was so helpful and welcoming. She arranged a last minute private tour for us and it was great. Our servers throughout the stay were so attentive and friendly. Fernando and Rafael went out of their way to make our time at the beach and dinner memorable. During breakfast and lunch we were taken care of by Wiliam, Aldo, Maria and Alejandra. They were also great and very welcoming. I highly recommend staying at Ana Y Jose spa. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff for making this an enjoyable and relaxing experience!!!

The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was amazing, Maria our server along with Gustavo made our visit more memorable. They brought us a happy anniversary dessert and a happy birthday for our daughter who turned 21. They are so friendly and offered a top notch service. I strongly recommend this place for your special celebration.
