Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

The whole experience was excellent. The gentleman at the front Sebastian was very attentive on a daily basis. Would send us emails or text every day making sure everything was OK. Definitely would visit this location again. 

We had a great time at the Hilton Tulúm. Service was amazing, food pretty good. The beach is super rocky and not the best for swimming if that’s a priority for you, but there are so many pools. Was really looking forward to the Churrería but it wasn’t open. We stayed for a week and there were private events almost every night that limited our access to the main outside area. There also isn’t too much to do around the property other than eat drink and shop, so if you like adventure, definitely book multiple excursions and travel to Tulum Centro. The front desk makes it very easy to book a round trip cab. The resort was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay!

Amazing! The food was okay not bad but definitely nothing special. Room service was always more tasty then the restaurants

Let me see how can I start because everything was amazing. Super helpful staff, different option for dining in and verities. If you want a vacation to relax this is the place. Only thing you have to do is wake up and have fun. Tulum and Playa de el Carmen just a 10 mins drive. Super amazing place definitely coming back.

The staff and facilities were great! There were two things that brought it down to a 4 star rating. The food was, at best, ok. I didn’t expect 5 star restaurants but this was not great. The other thing that was annoying… there were 3 large corporate events that occupied the main pools and made it hard to make reservations at the 4 main restaurants. We felt like we weren’t allowed to use the entirety of the resort.

The property was beautiful and the staff were very attentive! We had some issues with the water staying hot in the room and we had one full day without air conditioning. The staff offered some options to compensate for the inconvenience.

My fiancé & I had a great time here, definitely more of a family resort, not much going on at night. It was very relaxing.

The Hotel is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and kind since we arrive until we left. Definitely, I will go back to Tulum Hilton Hotel. I hope the management will give the proper maintenance to preserve this beautiful hotel.

Beautiful resort. The staff were wonderful. Drinks were delicious. Recomendación: better lunch and dinner options in buffet restaurants.
