The hotel location is far away from every thing marina new and old You need every time to go the taxi approximately 600 tl goning and 600 tl coming The customer service in this hotel needs to be improved not as standard of the name swisotel Im a continuous gust in ist swesotel i never felt this before the staff was dealing with us as we are nothing The breakfast was horrible i had an stomach pain from first time i never went back all my stay because of bad service from blond staff i think she was the breakfast area manager when she see that im arab lady she was talking to im nothing I forgot my buff in a taxi since 11 pm they told me the will check cameras however i inform them while the taxi on the gate but the didn’t do anything next morning i called the reception to aak about it they informed me that the didn’t find insest to try again then they called me that the found it but the taxi will bring it he needs 600tl to bring the receiption staff and his front office manager was very angry and shouting at me even im a lady Both this incident I discussed with 2 front managers non of them do any thing i was feeling unsecured there really the hotel not suitable for goulf countries nationalities an email was send to trip.com but no action

This was the best stay my wife and I have ever had. The hotel facilities are perfect in every way, the location is prime. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The most important person that made our experience phenomenal is called Siviliya Mavlaeva, so kind and helpful and met our every need, Ms Siviliya knew what we felt like before we even knew it. The Swiss hotel bodrum is an experience that I would definitely repeat and would highly recommend.

Fresh and very clean hotel. Beautiful view from the room. Delicious breakfast and food everywhere.. I enjoyed every second in this magic place. Staff are kind and helpful. I would definitely come back as well recommend my friends and family.

First of all, I want to say that this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have seen in terms of design. Very cozy, quiet and favorable place for rest, for rest with family! There is a very pleasant, warm and positive atmosphere. We enjoy a chic and clean beach, delicious dishes, various drinks, beautiful music. The hotel staff is very smiling, and polite , they will always help, tell you! I recommend it!

We don't normally stay at this type of resort (5 star just isn't our style), but it was so busy in Bodrum that we decided to go somewhere where we could stay without all the stress and worry. Swissotel Bodrum Beach was the perfect solution. The room, grounds and amenities were top notch. Our garden view room (see photo) had a lovely outlook and was warm and inviting. Staff were extremely attentive and informative without being pushy. Check-in was a breeze- as was check-out. The gentleman on the front desk was extremely professional and well versed in dealing with international customers. A special thank you to the valet parking staff who left two bottles of water in the car for my wife and I. This place was expensive, but because of the level of service and the quality of the amenities the price point was appropriate and represented value for money. Would I stay here again- certainly!

The hotel was like a ghost town, it was understaffed and poorly serviced. The toilets by the beach had no water, and the manager gave me attitude when I complained. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it up to us, he asked me if I had any idea about the scarcity of water problem in the Bodrum area. I asked him if he was aware that it was a 5-star hotel charging hundreds of Euros per night, and the lack of water in toilets is unacceptable, not to mention a major health code violation. They didn't even feel the need to put up a warning sign so that guests wouldn't find out about the situation after using the toilet! We had to use drinking water to wash our hands. The minibars were empty and they did not make the room unless you asked them to! The restaurant staff were so uneducated that they believed it was normal to serve wine that was opened 10 days ago. They said they serve white wine within 10 days of opening the bottle and red wine up until 2 weeks after opening the bottle. Naturally, what they served tasted horrible and was returned immediately. It is beyond belief that a hotel within the Siwssotel franchise would be this bad, they should have been mortified by the feedback but they didn't even realize the situation and were so agressive instead of being apologetic. The whole thing was disgusting and if I didn't pay upfront, I would have left after the first night. I would strongly suggest to stay clear off this so-called "resort".
