What a holiday for my 50th. We had 12 people in total and everyone's first trip to Turkey. The food was good, plenty of selection but not much English stuff tbh,if there is one thing I think could be better it's some more name cards on sauces and stuff which there are lots of different types. The cleanliness is fantastic,the only thing we found was the public toilets need more monitoring because they get nasty. The staff in the hotel are fantastic. I would to personally mention Osman who we found to be above and beyond all the others. The entertainment staff were great,they are non stop engaging with the guests and even managed to get this old man up and joining in, Thankyou entertainer's for making my stay super pleasant and lots of fun.The onsite Photographer is well worth seeing while you are there for some great memories captured by this young man. If there is a downfall that we found was lack of baby changing facilities.

Hotel was clean and rooms spacious but if your English be prepared to be treated like your bottom of the pecking order. Also masses of school children taking over the hotel and knowbody watching them. People selling you stuff pool side all day

I don't think id be rushing to go back to this hotel. Generally, myself and my family (partner and child aged 5), had a lovely time. But there were maybe a few things that did need to be addressed, but to make others aware too. Entrance to the hotel was lovely on the outside. Unfortunately we arrived in the middle of the night as we had a late flight. When we walked into the main reception indoors, there was the receptionist man having a smoke in the office. Went into our room, was very minimalistic but this was fine for us as we didn't plan on staying in the room that much. It had everything we needed, and it has refreshments in the mini bar which was a nice little perk. The pool was nice, but it was absolutely freezing to be in there for too long. Sun beds were comfy and still plenty when people has reserved theirs for the day. The shop was literally directly opposite the pool, which you could buy floats for which were fairly priced. They had the pool bar as well which was open still 10pm. The food was fairly questionable. First 2 days of the food were incredible. There was so much to choose from, and there was a wide variety for lunch and dinner. Breakfast every day was terrible, no milk in the mornings for cereal neither. There was just such a limited choice for breakfast. Chips and onions rings also being served at 7.30am too? As the week went on, for lunch and dinner, the options were becoming more and more questionable and on the final day, I chose to drink than eat because it was shocking. The food is going to be expected to be slightly cold because people are leaving the lids open and that isn't down to the staff to keep going round and putting them on. The drinks choice was great, they had such a range to choose from. We had an incident in the middle of the night which resulted in me asking to be moved. Fair enough they got a room instantly, but what I didn't expect was the room to still be dirty, there be dirty socks around the room and balcony and for the cleaner to not care. In our previous room, the cleaners decorated our beds with towels, petals, my daughters teddys nicely placed on her bed. It was the little touches which we found beautiful. But once we moved rooms, our stuff was thrown across the room, beds not made, towels slung on the bed, it was horrible. For activities in the day, we only found this on our last full day, in the corner on a board which was covered by trees, so we didn't actually know what was being hosted. There was no evening entertainment, which I found a little shocking considering that this is a 5 star all inclusive holiday. So after dinner times, I feel that you are sat twiddling your thumbs on what to do next with the kids. The waiters were always on hand and were prompt with collecting dirty plates and cups and always making sure you had a drink. Nothing was too much trouble for them at all. I and 5 family members stayed in the hotel for 5 days. Summary of our opinions and experiences: The hotel environment was excellent in terms of accessibility. The hotel was big and had a very stylish and good design and architecture. The cleaning of the hotel was unique and the personnel were cleaning at every moment and in every place. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big and all facilities were excellent. The food was unique and had a great variety and international quality, and in all three main meals there were really several models of food for every taste. The seafood restaurant was also very professional and stylish. The sauna and the Turkish bath were really great, and you must do the massage, the experienced and expert staff are working in the spa department. The drinks were professional and complete and varied, both domestic and foreign. The pools were very clean and big and the aqua park was great. Snacks and pizzas were excellent and varied, and it is possible to eat a meal at any time. In all locations, cheerful and smiling personnel meet all your needs with complete courtesy and are always looking after you. On the beach, the facilities and care were excellent and there were many beds and they were cleaning the beach from the big stones that were there and soon all parts of the beach will be cleaned from any stones. We are grateful to all the hotel staff for bringing us a unique experience. I don't remember the names of all the staff, but we have special thanks to Mrs. Janan and Mrs. Naveen (beach manager), Barista Mustafa (Sadam), and Mr. Diyar, the waiter of the snack section, and Mrs. Yasmin, the manager of the spa section.

I arrived here with my partner and friend late at night (it took an hour an half from the airport using private transfers)! We were checked in and helped to our room. We had friends join us the next day who had 3 children, 1 of them with autism who found it very difficult to eat due to it not being food friendly towards children. They had nuggets once out of 10 days! The room is decent, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Although the single bed felt as though it would break at the slightest weight on it. Mini fridge had a couple drinks in it (doesn’t seem to get refilled). Breakfast - not the worst as they had pancakes and toasties most mornings, but besides that it was rubbish, who eats broccoli or cauliflower for breakfast?? Lunch - most times we ate at the bistro where they had chicken burgers, pizza etc due to the restaurant being a crap selection nothing catered for the British. Dinner - This was the worst, name cards on half of the foods so we didn't know what everything was. Mostly salad and fish - we didn't like fish. There was always chips, onion rings or whatever they were but that gets tiring to eat all the time and the bistro closes at 6pm so most nights we had to go out to eat which can get expensive. The desserts are basically for show, since they tasted awful. The “cocktails” are a sorry excuse! Done differently every time and the alcohol tasted like gone off nail polish remover (the fake kind in the UK). The juice was okay but sometimes it was so weak like it had been watered down. Soup and bread is served during the night from dinner finish to breakfast opening. The soup is lovely no complaints. Animation team and DJ are good throughout the daytime, always something on unless its Sunday then animation team seem to have the day off i think which is not a problem. The night time entertainment was pretty rubbish, sometimes in the amphitheater which is terrible if you have prams. We were bored most nights. During our stay we were swarmed with loads of school kids/dancers which was infuriating!! They were barging into people, running around unattended, knocking on peoples rooms at 2/3/4 am in the morning and staff did nothing when complained too! My friend was in the lift with her son in the pram, when she tried getting out at the bottom a load of kids rushed in and wouldn’t let her out, shes had to basically scream at them to get out, it was awful! The staff do not listen to you unless you’re russian/turkish. The clothing shop in the hotel next to the restaurant also scam you. All in all we would definitely not be returning and would not recommend it at all to any British person!

I love the experience with the family, the kids love every part of the resort, from the pool with slides to the beach. I recommend to people with children. They have activities for the kids. Also they have a kids club. The DJ is amazing. He can put any music at your request.
