White City Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

The hotel territory is very nice, big and comfortable. The hotel has modern facilities and kids entertainments. Unfortunately, the hotel service is one of the worst, food is not clean, dishes and spoons always has dirt or remaining food. Almost in each dish I can catch piece of hair or something. There are no enough employees to serve in the restaurants and bars. Therefore, employees are overloaded and does not feel comfortable to help. The food has nice products but missing the good taste (they need to invest on a good chief). I really feel sorry for this amazing hotel and facilities to be spoiled due to management does not do their job and not investing on people who works.

The staff was kind and generous with the questions I asked. The food was OUTSTANDING, beautiful to the eye and to the taste. One of the best buffet I have ever seen and tasted. The view was amazing and the room was so clean. I will definitely come again

Stayed at this hotel for 14 nights lovely hotel and grounds. Don’t expect to much in the restaurant as the food was always cold no matter what time of day the same at the snack bar always cold. Don’t expect to be served drinks in the restaurant as it’s none existent the waiters only serve those who tip.

Visited April and here are the main things that stood out. Pros: lovely pier area and adult pool area. Plenty sun beds and cabanas. This made the holiday. Plenty bar options with great coffee/tea area which opened from 10am and a Starbucks option. Cons: compared to other 5 star Turkey hotels in Side the food here didn't quite match up. Veggie options often had traces of meat in them and if you are veggie it's mainly beans and chickpeas at dinner which are cooked lovely but a little repetitive after a week and beans at brekkie were hard (for my taste). Gym didn't seem to have aircon and wasn't very big or clean feeling compared to other areas in hotel. Asked for a quiet room and was given 4th floor - was a side sea view with a double and single bed and nice balcony. Unfortunately had to move as the noise levels at night (between 2-4am) from a number of noisy guests who were in a group split across 4 rooms on the corridor. Not hotels fault. Was a shame as room was good and well insulated from neighbours above and below. Hotel were happy to facilitate move in all fairness and waited to check we were happy with the new room too. We moved to 6th floor - even better view but smaller room and not much sun on balcony. However the fact it was quieter far outweighed any *******. Only given 3/5 rating mainly for the food option as whilst ok was repetitive - no prawns, lamb chops for example and the a la carte offering was unfortunately very poor - the food looked like it had been stood for a while with curled up cheese and the fish which was no different to the restaurant offering and was unfortunately dry. Luckily the restaurant was still open ;-). Also the location wasn't great for me - I like a walk and unless I missed something you could could only go along a very busy highway where cars were at speed.

We are group of 10 enjoying our holiday. Hotel was so wonderful , the food and drink are so quality also the ala cart was so delicious. We would like to say many thanks to Mr.Mesut was so generous and help to organise and solve our problem . We absolutely come back again and recommended this beautiful hotel.

This is an amazing hotel with the facilities that you would expect in a much larger complex. The design is well thought out and in 9 days we never got bored. The spa was excellent with excellent massages given by Gul Ayo and Zinar. The use of the Sauna and hamam is included but you do have to pay separately for the steam and salt rooms which we never got to try however a free 15 massage was provided at the start of the holiday. The gym was well equipped with free water and hand towels. We had no complaints about the food apart from the temperature of the food in the buffet that fell very quickly. The staff were excellent and they were always on hand to assist you. The animation team were friendly and the Mongolian acrobatic show was fantastic. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

We had and amazing holiday! It already started with the violet man at the entrance, and he was there everyday. Loved that! The animation team was amazing and so friendly and fun. The spa downstairs was also great and the manager Kahar was very friendly with his colleagues! And the food was very good! Overall a great hotel!

From the beginning all staff were very friendly and attentive . They attach Great importance to cleaning but the Animation Team tries to Entertain by putting everything on Display . Theo completely become friends with you , wie will come back for Them again
