My husband and I spent our 1st wedding anniversary at Del Lago-we were super impressed. We loved the ******. And, we loved loved our room. The bed was so comfy-felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. We plan to go back hopefully around News Years Eve. It was everything we expected.

Room was dirty, bed has stains, bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, fridge stunk. No microwave in room. No view.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. So much to do all in one building. Great dining and entertainment options. Easy location to get to being right off the NYS Thruway. Very clean and up to date rooms. All the amenities you would need.

I stay here frequently and it is one of my favorites! Beds are amazing, bath rooms/showers are very nice. Everything is spacious, clean and accommodating! Unlike others there is No Smoking.

The floor in my room was not vacuumed, there was dust in the corners. The shower was absolutely filthy. I will never stay there again!!

Clean and very convenient to NYS Thruway. Hotel access to the ****** is quick and easy and the fitness center is top notch. Room was very clean except for half a drink left in the fridge.

There is no question that the property is first class, however the people responsible for cleaning the rooms must do a better job. We found a lot of hair in the bathroom and evidence that the rooms had not been inspected by management. Trash left behind waste baskets and it appeared that staff didn't do a good job. If management looks at these comments, I would bet that our room 248 is still dirty in the corners, as this did not appear to be a one off.

The hotel room was very clean during our first stay. A little less clean in the bathroom on our second stay. Overall, it was a nice room and the beds were very comfortable. The waitstaff at restaurants were super accommodating.
