I stayed at this hotel when visiting the temple. Overall a decent stay but food quality was very poor as both my father and daughter had diarrhea after having their food. Please be careful while ordering food. - Good service, polite and helpful staff. - Hotel really needs maintenance. upkeep is quite poor and things are worn out. - temple is nearby, 10 minutes via rickshaw which you get outside the hotel. - Restaurant is pure veg and price are reasonable.

Very neatly kept property. Nice place to stay when you come for Mahakal Darshan . The staff is very courteous especially Mr. Naveen. He helped us with all the tourist options and must places to visit. Even the food at the restaurant was good. Thank you

Place is amazing to stay we had great food and it’s close to shiv mandir so it’s make our life easy we do pre booking so we don’t miss any offers. Ujjain and hotel you must visit best hotel in Ujjain. Me and my family is very happy with experience. Jai Mahakal

I'm sure this is the most "western" hotel in Ujjain. We stayed for a night as part of a Wild Frontiers trip and it was fine - rooms were Premier Inn/Hampton Inn standard. Food was bland even for a British tourist - but good enough. There's little in the immediate area and the hotel grounds are nothing to speak of, but we really just needed a stop-off point to visit temples on our way through. No alcohol so bring your own!

Best hotel in Ujjain. Excellent service. Excellent food. Near to MAHAKAL TEMPLE. Located in the centre of the city. Very courteous staff. Big spacious rooms. Overall a great experience. Excellent sleep quality. The restaurant in the hotel serves great local as well as other dishes, which are hot favorite for visitors.

Amazing staff, specially Ravi ji, who guided us with the exact itinerary to visit temples in Ujjain. The rooms were spacious and also food from the restaurant was good. They have maintained good quality of bedding and cleanliness. Will recommend everyone to stay here !

A good experience at the hotel. Friendly hotel with a very accommodating staff always willing to help. Staff called Ravi bhaiya is always on the look out and helpful. Food is good too. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ujjain

Poor handling at front office - if you have booked this place through 3 rd party sites, they try to force sub standard rooms which are pathetic. Arguments lead to upgraded rooms. Food is pathetic made from cheap oils which cause dehydration and one requires to drink lots of water to mitigate the effect. Service is below expectations and the staff is untrained. Surprised that they display so many great ratings at the reception. They are exploiting lack of good places to stay around the temples as most visitors in this city and around this area are pilgrims!

Me and my friend stayed in this property.. There was a bat in our room. Attaching pictures of it. Staff was extremely rude at the front desk and restaurant. Manager was the rudest. Overall property was very unsafe and unhygienic for anyone to occupy.
