Best place for kids , water part, swimming pools and go karting pedal are the best activities, birds, ducks are so friendly waiting for us having breakfast at veranda , definitely will come back again.

Excellent place, we stayed at the glamcontainer which is fully equipped. Walking distance to the beach and a unique stay experience.

We have been coming here with our family 1-2 times a year for years now. Now we are just done. Over the years there has been multiple maintenance issues, like nails sticking up from the deck that cut my son’s foot and a broken toilet seat that was just stuck down with tape. The location is beautiful so we persisted. This time, staying in their most expensive cabin, the floorboards are broken and forming peaks at the joins, there is no blind in the kids room so they’re up at sunrise, the playground equipment has been broken for years so they just block off sections of it. Now with 3 young children they are enforcing a ‘no inflatable pool TOY’ rule. Meaning our children were not allowed to use their swimming AIDES. They provided swimming vests that our kids wouldn’t wear and didn’t need. The kitchen utensils were filthy and there are cockroaches and rats again. I understand staff will be ‘disappointed our stay didn’t meet our expectations’ but we’ve given so many chances to see if it changes but management doesn’t care. They book out so why would they? Don’t bother with place it extremely overpriced and underwhelming.

Recently stayed at the park on a powered site and was looking forward to it based on previous reviews. The park itself is right on the beach and within walking distance to parks, shops, football field and cafes. The kids enjoyed the activities and jumping pillows. The cafe and pool areas were nice and very popular and the staff throughout the whole park were very friendly. Unfortunately we did leave early and we won’t be rushing to go back. The site we were on was crammed in a corner between two units, the Astro turf sites looked a lot better but there weren’t many of them. The site numbers are very difficult to see and we saw numerous people driving around struggling to find their site. We struggled to find our PowerPoint as there was no signage or information (turned out to be attached to one of the units), we were under what appeared to be one of the only street lights in the whole park which streamed through the van and would be awful in a tent, a lot of helicopters and planes were going over throughout the afternoon and evening and the park was extremely loud with children riding around on scooters and screaming until 11pm. The beach itself was quite dirty and full of people letting their dogs off their leash. I understand this is not the parks fault but overall our whole experience was just underwhelming. I would hate to be at the park during peak periods as I feel it would just be chaotic and very overpriced for what it is. I had high hopes for this park but it just missed the mark for us.

The location is excellent. We stayed in a Seabreeze Spa Villa (up to 8 people). You could see the ocean and sand from the cabin and it was just a quick walk onto the beach. We were lucky to have great weather. The beach and jumping pillows were the highlights for us. Unfortunately both pools were much too cold for the kids (ranging 2-5 yrs) to swim in comfortably. The shallow pool near reception was the coldest of all (too freezing for the adults!) Not heated at all. (We were there on a warm day). Pool 2 was warmest but was closed on 2 or our 3 days there. Floaties were not allowed in the bigger pool. The waterslide has been removed. Wristbands were required for kids 5+. We had no idea until we got to the pool with the young kids in tow. It was a long painful wait while someone had to get the wristband and tide off the kids from getting in the pool! (Couldn't swim safely without all the grownups there). Wish they had told us on check in or in emails. Communication with the staff on enquiries was excellent. Also great that they send text about pool opening/closures etc to guests during the stay via SMS. Just a bit further communication before check in like the pool rules in writing and clarifying the check out process would be great. We did love it overall but the lack of heating in the pools was a big disappoin**ent.

5 star location ! Creek, Sea and Rocky Cliffs overlooking the camp Incredible location there are tons of activities for kid, when we went there we had a little fair going on with three food truck counters ! this is a fun place must visit indeed !!

We stayed here for 3 nights mid January 2024 after staying last year similar time. I enjoyed this time, with the park seemingly cleaner and pest removal from the previous year. Also this year the pools were open the whole time, which made it more enjoyable for the kids. Plenty to do for the kids with the Kombi Keg visiting during our stay which is always a bonus when away. This is the worst park I’ve ever been to first off if it’s a hot day and you’ve only just got to the caravan park and you have kids your kids are gonna want to go in the pool but you have to be 15 or over to go pass the pool gate without a parent. like it’s just stupid honestly. Overall they did have fair prices. And the staff were very rude, one of them tripped over while my child were riding their bike and my child asked if they were ok and the yelled at them and said NO! The tent and caravan sites are tiny also it’s already hard enough to back up a caravan into the site because of the stress but then it’s even more worse when the site is so small. I would not recommend.

First time staying here. My wife and I had a great time with our friends here. We previously stayed around the corner in our caravan last time and were eager to check this one out. The pool was cold but we expected that so opted for a bbq and sat on the pool chairs was still a good day had by all. Thankyou to the staff for making this a memorable trip! The local chinese was excellent aswell!
