The room is very clean and the facilities are very new. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in during this trip to Turkey. The owner can speak some Chinese and is very enthusiastic to help us solve many problems during the trip and provide a lot of help for our trip even though we are in a foreign country. We felt like going home. The breakfast in the hotel was also very rich and full of local characteristics.

I visit Cappadocia (solo) in June to celebrate my birthday. My hotel stay was amazingly amazing. The interiors of the hotel is so phenomenal and the breakfast gave me a feeling of a proper traditional home cooked Turkish breakfast. My friend called the hotel and informed them that it’s my birthday and requested to arrange a cake. The staff did the needful and made sure that I have a good birthday celebration. They assisted me with my all my needs and directions to nearby places during my stay. Overall my stay was satisfactory!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Cappadocia. We stayed at Dere Suites during a film production job at Cappadocia. We were a team of ten and all of us loved our experience staying in this special hotel. The cave rooms were all unique, some quite big with multiple rooms and others small and cosy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, organising food, laundry services, transport and always attentive to our needs. The hotel is located just a short five minute walk into the village which has really good cafes and restaurants, all with wifi. The restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast and while we didn’t have dinner there we heard it is very popular for tourists. Well worth booking for group or small bookings.

Hotel parking is very convenient, very suitable for self-driving tour, the room is very large, the room is big one small bed, one room and one small room, breakfast is OK, it is worthy of this house price, especially the front desk service is very warm, My language is not good, the little girl and my colleagues are tired of it, ordering a hot air balloon for me, asking the hot air balloon company repeatedly, and giving a lot of help. Hotel looks gorgeous from outside. Scenic hotel with exclusive rooms. Unfortunately, when things go wrong, it’s very wrong. Firstly, I could not get into the room, key was faulty, complained 4 times and went down to the reception too. At last got into the room but I had to climb a flights of stairs for 4 rounds just to get this fixed! Second day of staying, nobody came to clean the room, met the housekeeping and they say will come as soon as possible and guess what, nobody came as well. Their staff barely understand English and we have to use translator. Breakfast and dinner has very limited choice, as I remember it’s only around 5-6 hot dishes which are cold. My room was just a normal room, not much like a cave hotel but other rooms were really nice. Probably not too 5 star stay with 5 star views.

The hotel is beautiful it’s central and well located. It’s very clean. It’s an amazing experience to stay in a cave. The breakfast is outstanding, Ibrahim made our day start in a wonderful way every day. Service is outstanding as everyone is pleasant, friendly and helpful specially Arda who is professional and works hard to make sure the guests are happy and Ibrahim who does the same 👍🏻. There are beautiful terraces, where to spend your mornings or nights looking at the beautiful Cappadocia. I would definitely recommend this hotel the only thing I would improve is that in a room which was 605 there was no door between the bedroom in the bathroom so you had no privacy and also at night if you turn on the light, it would just shine on the face of the other person that was sleeping, so that would be better. It also has a little bit warm but they do provide a fan that makes it much better but it’s facing the sun is hitting on it for the whole morning and the rooms to heat up other than that I would say it’s an absolute gem.

This is really the best hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is even more beautiful than shown on the pictures and (all!) employees are friendly and goodwill. Further, we loved the concept as every detail of the hotel is well thought off and the standard of hygiene is a 10/10. The breakfast very varied and delicious as all served was organic (self made and harvested) and all our wishes were always fulfilled with a smile on the face! We would like to thank the whole AJWA team (especially Nur Hanim, Musa and Onur bey, Orhan and Mehmet Chef) an unforgettable time and will definitely come again!
